I can be absolutely fine in a group and something triggers me then it’s almost like a dark cloud of paranoia overshadows my mind and I start to think everyone’s thinking the most awful things about me! I’ve left numerous jobs because of this issue and only really feel at ease or safe when I’m alone. Most people are insecure but hiv can definitely amplify and bring everything to the surface
