wth is a bt6
Love that Opel I had a 73 4 Speed all original
At the begging what kind of laugh was that🤣
i am more interested in the opel 1900 GT
did this car have 2 spoke wheels at one point with crazy exhaust sticking out the back and above the roof? there used to be one way back in the day at sac raceway which hauled ass (13-12.7 et in the quarter) which i always thought was cool because it was also smog legal.
Soy yo de bebe lo que hacia jaja 💕
Asta para grabar salió pendejo
no way ti's super charge r32,240 hp stock, should still beat Nissan, i got 05 maxima 3.5 se it's a rocket ,but don't think it would beat r32,worst driver ever r32
Is that with the stock gearbox??
NEED TO FEED THAT R32 SOME TACOS MENNNNNN.
What mods?
Mods? Nice pass
That was noooice.
That Maxima has a best 1/4 mile time of 13.2@105.8mph. 265whp. 260wtq.
Turbos are so sexy!
Nice I remember my b6t on a 1986. 323 at 20psi
estimado en este video el maxima que bolts on trae, saludos
en este video que traia ese maxima, saludos desde vallarta
Those gen Maxima's were nothing to sleep on even stock. But that VFE kit in the R32 should've had him car lengths ahead of that Maxima. Maxima is 3200 lbs, R32 is 3300 lbs so even with the extra weight of the passenger in the Maxima, that R32 should've been long gone. Love either one though.
The r32 is good looking creap.
Also idk how light either car is but my 98 Maxima is 3,052 pounds stock nd idk but my guess is R32 is 3,200+ pounds
R32 is AWD=loses accelleration but has a better launch. Maxima is FWD=slower launch but better acceleration overall. Now the R32 driver sucked lol nd idk abt that Maxima but mine is a 4th gen(98) GLE with auto tranny and from a roll it'll keep up with stock 2005 Mustang GT's and I've blown away 300Z's nd all I got is very mild exhaust and drop-in K&N air filter and oxygen sensor and its got 270,000+miles on it nd still does 0-60mph in 6.5sec Ie its possible but other driver sucking dnt help lol
Yo StephenMartin,,,I had the same year Max,,also automatic,,,get a Unorthodox racing pulley it ll ad an instant like 10hp all around,,,its worth it,,I currently own a 08 350z Auto and a 02 Maxima 6spd and my max eats the 350 its crazy,, but yo on the real get the pulley,,,unless u already have it lol
Hell ya, thanks. I'll have to check that out. I want this Flowmaster exhaust for it I heard on CZcams. I think its a 40 Series. Check it out. It makes it sound like a V-8 somehow. If you look up Maxima Flowmaster rev/fly by its on a tan Max. It sounds sick
But on the real Stephen,,,start saving your money or even trade that year and get an 02 or 03 Maxima,,,yo im telling u,,,mad power u wont b disappointed ,Just from experience,,Also my brother u want to make ur Max sound like a V8 get a Remus exhaust there expensive but sounds the way u want it to,,,im a check that video u talking about,,,,
I think I'm gonna just do a 3.5 swap. 98's are lighter but I've also considered an actual V-8 swap if its even possible lol. And ya that's y my project is on hold, saving up money lol. I'll check that exhaust too. Thanks
yea that's what it is yo,,,a lot of people doing that,,and shits is fast>>>>>>>>
what ya got in it a 350?
Sounds retardedly fast
r32 can't drive! :)
tuned? ecu? piggy back? for 7.4 grand!
Watch out, we got a couple of badasses over here.
de donde saco el r32 el amigo?
No charger........ No blow off nothing..... Lmfao this video is lame.
I have a j30. the pickup is good. could be better, the car has a good top speed ive gotten mine up to 140 with shaking. these cars had the 300z's motor in it. they were just a little heavier. they do have power don't get me wrong
I don't believe that R is SC'd. I didn't hear the SC and I didn't see it either when the hood was up. BS.
Something wrong there... a SC'd R32 would smoke a max with bolt ons EASILY.

Yeah as far as all the LSx engines go, that's one of the better choices. But in terms of cost efficiency, Vortecs ar the way to go. And I know this, they try to compensate by making sleeves... LSx sleeves have never been that great. As for internals, all 05 and newer Gen III Vortecs have the same new rod/piston design as Gen IV engines so you can't say they are internally weaker than the LS engines. Maybe before 04 when they were still using the old pistons/rods. Vortecs are hands down stronger.
For the LSX block it is. And yeah, iron blocks can handle more boost, of course. They're also heavier. I don't even think GM makes iron blocks for the North American market anymore outside of Duramax. And you gotta think outside of just the block. LSX has many design features to make up for the aluminum block that vortec does not.
LS3 is definitely not the best choice for boost... Nor is any of the aluminum block LS engines. LM7/LQ4/LQ9 are very popular choices for boost setups. The iron block holds up extremely well and those can be found at junkyards for right around $1000. No matter what, an iron block will always be stronger than sleeves and the Gen III iron blocks have nice thick cylinder walls. LS3s do have good blocks, but not stronger than the engines I just stated. Resleeved/built blocks are nice, but expensive.
How did u get it to rev to 8rpm?
Tuning
Not much of a difference between the LS1 and LS2 aside the bore. LS3 is the one you want though. 6.2L is about the perfect LSX configuration for adding boost. GM performance (now Chevy performance) even says so. Hence the LSA and LS9. Both based on the LS3. But you could easily make the LS1 and LS2 into an LS3. Bore it out and swap pistonheads. Your local machine shop can do the bore for cheap. Even clean up the block and heads after extensive use. Such a flexible engine.
Lmao. Ok. Try and get some tail in a 280z. Trust me on this one. There's a reason muscle cars get lots of tail. Ever wonder why women like Harley's and big-displacement muscle cars? Same reason they like to ride horses. Vibration while seated. Think about it.
a b6 isn't stock in a festiva.
awesome work there.. pitty we couldn't see the motor.
Yea but speedo only 140 kph lol
I here no SC on that r32 must not have 1. If there was 1 on there I highly doubt the max can keep up with.
wangan
He yanked you til 3rd
A maxima sorry
U lost because its Maxima
the engine is amazing...but no chevy, ford, dodge or w.e. will EVER be as sexy as the Datsun 280z
That guy needs to learn in how to drive the r32 . And that was bot supercharged by the way
Two of the best sounding 6 cylinder cars in the world, great cars great races
