This idea was brought to attention of our former P M John Howard ! He , ( PM Howard ) , chose to ignore this clean concept instead floating the ideas of Nuclear Power stations here in Australia , ( happily Howards idea was killed off ) , Coal and the its proper us can be used , it's proven techknowledgy !
