Make sure u staying hydrated too, that helps lol starting this year, im only retwisting my hair every 6 months lol june n December lol but that is cuz i do maintenance on my hair on my own frequently (such as pulling apart ones that may merge together.

I combined my locs and tbh I had to tie my rubber bands really tight to keep them from unraveling. You are right they did get dents but I just cut that part off after the locs fully combined. I tried to do them loose but it’s a waste of time because it’s doesn’t stay. But I only had to snip off like an inch. Braiding or crocheting really is the best options

God loves us and cares about us so very much and He always knows and wants what is best for us we do not have to live with anxiety or depression or anything bad like that because Jesus took all of that on cross for us out of love and He wants to help us 😊❤

It’s also very important to always remember that only God is Perfect so we mess up sometimes and we always need God’s help to do good because only He is truly Good 😊❤

What was your initial bock size when you started? Can you put a photo up. so that we can see the diameter of them when they blow up. Interlocking damages hair period. I advice against it
