Round five- the Midpoint of IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge- finds Montreal Motorsport Group (MMG) drivers Dai Yoshihara and Karl Wittmer emphatically starting The Esses 120 at Watkins Glen with a clear road ahead, after netting P1 and P2 in qualifying rounds. In a unique battle early, the race began under full course caution due to two combatants colliding on the formation lap. Through multiple cautions throughout the race, the duo secured P5, adding valuable points in the Michelin Pilot Challenge as the end of the season inches closer.

She's a beauty! But the alcantara on top of the centre console, and the rims, don't look right. The wheels especially look as if they were the best you could find at the last minute. Stock M3 might have been better.
What wheels are those?
Too much for my taste, especially for the road. Would prefer one that's less modded.
The only thing this car needs is the pop-ups headlights.
Was the Akrapovic exhaudt a custom job for this build?
The Akrapovic exhaust is technically for an E90 M3, so there was custom work to fit the E9X M3's mounting brackets, etc. underneath the chassis and re-work the bumper to accept the quad pipes. Well worth the effort I think!

I'm kind of disappointed you guys didn't go with the BBS Fi-R's that you displayed in the renders the whole series. The gold E88's are overplayed in my opinion and the black/gray Fi-R's add more of a GTS feel IMO. Nevertheless, this has been an amazing journey, and I'm so glad to see it come to an end. I hope there is more content with this vehicle and others. Thanks for all the fun.

I recently got an e91 and this build has so many things I've been wanting to do with mine. When i saw the 3-D design spoiler I was shocked! I was looking at getting one too but I'm also considering getting a Carbon Culture UK one that's about half as expensive. Can't wait to see the finished build🫡
