Този хляб е толкова вкусен, че го приготвям поне един път седмично.
Направих тази рецепта като обединих вкуса на любимият ми хляб с мляко, яйце и масло и го оформих като плосък турски хляб. Резултатът е невероятно вкусен хляб, който правя отново и отново. Опитайте този пухкав и мек хляб и ми напишете в коментарите дали ви харесва рецептата.
Съставки:
200мл. хладко мляко
5гр. суха мая
7гр. захар
360гр. брашно
1 яйце
8гр. сол
40гр. меко масло
За намазване на хляба:
1 жълтък и 1 супена лъжица кисело мляко
поръсете с микс семена
размер на тавата за печене 30х40 см.
Печете 15 мин. / 180°C (356°F) в предварително загрята фурна

Set aside for 1 hour. Then do 2 stretch and folds every 30-45 minutes. Add the cheddar and do 2 stretch and folds every 30-45 minutes. After the final fold, cover the dough and let it rest for 2-3 hours. The dough should double in volume. Make a ball and let it rest 15 minutes on the kitchen counter. Shape the dough and place it in a banneton and leave it for 30 minutes at room temperature, then put it in the fridge for 12-16 hours. Bake at 220°C (428°F) in a preheated cast iron pot with a lid for 25 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for another 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Enjoy your delicious cheddar sourdough bread!

    Chop very finely (or pass through the kitchen chopper) 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper (I put half because it was big), 1 large or 2 small tomatoes, 1/2 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, parsley. Place in a bowl and add 500g of minced meat, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and olive oil. Mix well. You will need 6 large tortillas. Spread some of the mixture on one tortilla. Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C (464° F) for 4-5 minutes. Do the same with the rest of the tortillas. Separately, mix 1/2 onion, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and juice of 1/2 lemon. Place some of the onion with parsley and lemon on the baked tortillas and enjoy.

    Ingredients: • 600g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting • 480 ml water • 12g salt • 8g instant yeast • 35ml olive oil In a large bowl, mix together the lukewarm water and yeast. Wait 5-10 min for the yeast to activate. Add the flour, salt and olive oil and mix well for about 2 minutes and leave the dough for 30 minutes to allow the flour to hydrate. Then do 4 stretches and folds every 30 minutes. Leave for another 30 minutes. Generously dust your counter top with flour. Transfer the dough to the floured work surface by turning the bowl upside down. Then fold it in half so the dough forms a rectangle. Using a bench scraper, divide the dough into 6-8 small, roughly equally sized loaves. Place them on parchment paper in a baking tray and leave to rise for 20 minutes. Bake for about 17 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C. Sandwich filling: olive oil, tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto crudo, arugula, balsamic reduction.

      За бяло пилешко месо температурата на готовност е над 74 градуса, а за червено пилешко месо е над 79 градуса. Аз го направих около 80-85 градуса.
