If it is the reason 3 , try wrapping the container in a thick fabric like blanket. It’s little hard for beginners in winter. Also, do not touch the container until at least 8-10 hours.

Dewey is a special dog. When I rescued him from shelter, he was 8 weeks. He was a week or two when someone left him in an empty lot in a rundown area. Don’t know what he went through, he has some neurological issues and lack of motor skills. No trainer could train him. He sits quietly most of the time. Shakes a lot but, enjoys few things, like eating and walking. He is 10 years old now. We don’t know what he understand and what not. He usually never show any emotions. But, he knows us. Sometimes he remembers to wag his tail, sometimes he forgets to walk. Overall, he’s a sweetheart. Never seen any aggressive behavior. Never heard any complaints on him from any sitter. Once a man running towards me in a park, there is no one around. Dewey thought he was doing some harm to me I guess, he almost attacked him. I held him tight, that man ran in a different direction. That’s the only incident he acted differently

I don’t turn the light on but, depending on the outside temperature, I may leave it in there little longer. But, good to know the light worked. Thanks for sharing your experience
