If you’re looking for another podcast type thriller that has a good audiobook, I’d recommend The Night Swim! It’s a little dark but the audiobook was great!

Also I heard a lot of people are pissed with the Maid cause she’s autistic but the book never brings it up

*spoliers* I thought it was obvious her Dad was behind it from that first conversation he had with Rachel where he grilled her with questions. Also Rachel was nothing but kind to Bel, while Charlie was passive agressive a-hole for the most of it. I did not guess grandpa and Carter involvment. I also did not think Rachel saying 15 years would be the actual truth. I was sure dad had a collaborator. I suspected it was the uncle. I thought the part with zero consequences and leaks after dive of the cliff was a bit too perfect. Sherry blackmail working that well and film crew beind the documentary not minding the filming cost going down the drain.

I loooooved this book and when it was done i was in SHOCK 😱 I feel you about Bell and Sherry, but the book is already a lot (500+ pages), so I guess it didnt fit anymore! Also loved the bonding at the end between Bel and Ramsey 💙 For me def 5 stars ✨

Audiobooks can definitely be tricky to pay attention to. I find the only ones I can listen to that are strictly audio are just basic thrillers or memoirs. You won’t catch me listening to just the audio for a fantasy haha 😝

I actually ended up really liking this one. It wasn’t a 5 star for me, but I still enjoyed it. The emotional impact that the story had on me is the part I really connected with. I do wish the twists were a bit more twisty and I was hoping the institute was going to play a much bigger role.

I hated what they did to sherry and the fact that carter just abandoned her mother(even if she wasn't her real mother) the woman that raised her for 15 years, I really thought she would choose sherry and how tf could she be so calm after her father died? Like really? That pissed me off

Even I suspected her Grandfather could be involved because of the exact same reasons. One thing that's weird to me is how did they hear Dad's voice when they couldn't hear rachel's.

I didn't like this one at all. But I will continue to read his books 😂
