You have any advice on choosing kick samples? No matter which kick I use, they never sound right. I’ve tried using the kick samples from the soudiere/smokey kit & vamp kits and I can’t get any of them to sound the way that they do. Starting to think that producers intentionally put shitty kick samples in their drum kits to throw off new producers..

I definitely don't think that is the case my man, it sounds more like a mixing/mastering issue more-so than choosing the right kick. Look into and toy around with soft clippers or compressors, especially on the master channel or kick channel. I think if your answer lies somewhere in those waters.

I really fuck with your sound and I love how it complements Yung Gravy's style ❤️ I just have one request, once this Corona shitstorm is over, please come to India for a tour, trust me.
