    Does your rack tip over as you add more weights for your leg press ? I was thinking about getting one of these leg press add ons for my rack. My rack is not bolted to the floor so when I do push on the rack, they tend to move.

      Unfortunately only US right now! It would be a ton to manage otherwise. But considering expanding it in the future as long as I can find someone UK based to manage the data. We’ll see!

    Nice Magic Spoon bowl. I just bought the Ghost and loved the Marshmallows because I loved the Lucky Charms as a kid! I can make an exception for the artificial colors on this since I bought them for $6 a box on sale. I'm going to try PB next!

    It’s cool but I wouldn’t consider fast food healthy even if it fits your macros. I can’t also imagine the calories are consistent. Will they always use the same amount of oil when making your burger. Thoughts?

      "Healthy" is certainly subjective. Fast food is whatever you make it, but I'm all about having flexibility with your diet and being able to choose options that fit your lifestyle. A lot of people opt for fast food for the convenience or the price, so I like being able to help show people that there are options. There's such a wide range of options available that it's very different from 30 years ago when "fast food" meant a burger and fries. And to your other point, everything is always an estimate. I mean, you'll never receive exactly the same amount of fries or the same specific ratio of ingredients in a salad. Unless you are weighing every single ingredient you consume, macros will never be exact. When you eat out, all you can do is estimate, so that's what this is meant to help you do.

      @@MattRosenman ok points well taken! As a vegetarian sometimes when I go to subway I get the veggie delight and add the egg patties. Doesn't seem to be able to do that in your app. so if thats something your interested in adding could be a good feature!

    I'm 67years and 8-months old, and I own 4 home gyms: a garage gym, a basement gym, an extension room gym, and a backyard patio gym. The one piece of exercise equipment that I recommend every home gym to have is a 10 pound mace so you can train in the 5 ranges of force production: horizontal, vertical, angular, circular, and linear, which is needed for functional strength, the strength needed to carry out human activities. Mace training is also an excellent way to avoid muscular accommodation, which is when the body gets used to the same exercises, exercise program, and strength training method. Both Vladimir Zatsiorsky, the former strength and conditioning consultant to the Soviet Union's Olympic teams, and Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell Club, which members has broken many world powerlifting records, recommend rotating exercises and strength training routines to avoid muscular accommodation, which results in muscular endurance, size, and strength plateaus and eventually decreased performance.

      I love the idea, and I can't argue the effectiveness, but that is largely dependent on your space and setup. If you plan for olympic-style lifting you will likely have plenty of space, but for me, I would have absolutely no space to get the full benefits of a steel mace.

    I have this same machine, but by GMWD. How much weight do u put on this machine? I also struggle with the narrow part of it. Appreciate the honesty about the leg curls and i hate that leg pad thing in the seat and it sucks getting out lol.

    Straight bars are fine. Especially when you understand you don’t need 5 sets per exercise lol. Lots of problems go away when you decrease cadence speed, and increase intensity while lowering set numbers.

    Been following you on IG and YT for a while (you've got me itching to get lever arms but my BOS rack is from 2018 and they don't make many accessories for the 2.35" by 2.35" rack with the 1" holes anymore, no side holes either). Love the fitness and the rebranding content. Also you are jacked dude.

      @@MattRosenman I knew this site was familiar! I’ve looked on it before but unfortunately I’m in Canada and they don’t ship here. I’ll see if I can find a Canadian alternative. I might email BoS and see if they think they would fit my rack size. My one regret when buying my rack was not going for ALL the bells and whistles back then because I didn’t realize racks are like phones and constantly change and don’t all fit together haha. I appreciate the input though I’m definitely gonna figure this out.

There are 5/8 magnetic hitch pins on Amazon and they worried a good price when I purchased. I didn't see any 1 in magnetic hitch pins. You have two things that I definitely like and I may purchase once I complete my move. Do a video on how to move exercise equipment and then you are a champ.

      😂 I'll take the compliment. Yeah, 1" hitch pins aren't super common, but I had no idea they even made magnetic versions of hitch pins. What a world! BoS does have a 1" version to check out, albeit much pricier than hitch pins would be. I don't think I can offer any insights into moving equipment unfortunately, but I do have a move coming up in my future so maybe it'll happen. My goal is going to be to take everything apart as minimally as possible just to fit it out the door and I'll considering moving the heavy pieces a workout in an of itself

      😂 Using my influence for good- sounds like you've got a pretty legit setup. Luckily BoS still makes attachments for 2.3in tubing (I think that's what the Brute is) so you've got options there. But hey, nothing with a home gym is ever permanent so you can always upgrade to a 3x3 rack down the road

    Thanks Matt. I bought the BOS cable towers and lever arms after watching your reviews a year ago. I do agree that this set up has so much potentials, but it is not without limitations. I have a smaller body size, and the width between lever arms are a few inches too wide. I feel like I need to over extend my arms to grasp the handles of lever arms. Another issue is the set up time. It takes too long to set up the lever arms for each exercise. I hate to waste an extra few minutes to set it up for one exercise and then another few minutes for the next exercise. Other than that, they are great with BOS cable towers. At home, I can do exercises that I used to do only at gyms. Highly recommend lever arms to people who have bigger (like Matt) body sizes.

    Very informative and well explained. Thank you for sharing this. I'm currently in the process of buying a squat rack and adding lever arms to it. The thing is, in Europe it's really had to buy the "Vendetta" add-on. The key concept here is to be able to lock the levers into the correct start position, that's what would make it great. Freemotion has a lever arm with built-in swivel and lock mechanics, but again, not available in Europe. I envy you.... :P

    Jammer Arms have incorrect weight shifting lever and that is their problem at the bottom of the movement the load is almost zero and at the top it is the highest for pressing movements muscle tension curve is forced in the wrong pattern in a home gym they are also very annoying to set up right and take to much time it is much better to use dumbbells or barbells for the same movements
