HOA =nightmare!!
There are more areas with them than without.... Most are very good actually.... some have been bad...... So as of July 2024, the State of FL passed new laws restricting a lot of the bad things that HOAs were known for.... In fact, FL is out to fine or even jail the people in charge of the ones that break the law .... This is not one of the bad ones here from what the neighbors have spoken to me about..... That is a beautiful home! The area it's in would be a problem for me - never liked high school. The Villages sound like a culture that could be examined by anthropologists or something. The showers need a showerhead with a hose - so the whole shower can get a good cleaning. I am amazed that a house like that has immoveable showerheads. Nice video, music, etc.
