Some nice old cars, all in s*&t state. Two Triumph Heralds, a Vauxhall VX1800, Vauxhall Viva Estate, two Commer/Hillmans & a Singer. The last 3 names were all owned by the Rootes Group. A whole bunch of Rovers and what looks like one British Leyland representative (Bond 72). I think it is a Morris Ital, which was a re-style of the Marina. In our family we have had several of the models of car seen in the parade, none of the shoal of Daimlers sadly. The Vauxhall VX1800 estate felt exactly like a American station wagon shrunk in the wash & with one cylinder bank missing. Unsurprising as the brand is owned by General Motors. If only it had some Mopar goodness shoe-horned in.... If you follow-in after a red flag is up, then it ought to earn you an instant black flag and exclusion (10:04 & 10:08). Those two incidents were blatant violations.
