Actually I had a 6” RC lift on a 2021 gladiator. It had the vertex shocks. It never rode right again. I put a gamechanger 4.5” metalcloak lift on and it fixed my death wobble and all issues. If you truly off-road I don’t recommend rc. If you use their levelers or baby lifts then I think you’ll be ok. Just know if you go 6” on the RC kit… you’ll need to change some stuff and it’s not a full kit imo. The vertex shocks suck ass btw. The n3 (?) I actually never had an issue.

I personally have nothing against brand I just want something that function properly. But I will say have the rough country 2.5" on my 06 ram and my front struts you can barely see the piston rod (shiny silver rod) so I'm waiting to see how their customer service is.

For the money rough country makes an amazing product. Yes there are better products, but for quite a bit more money. Honestly, if you’re short on money get the full lift kit from rough country and go back later and buy some better struts. Even if they are the longer rc shocks or fox. Build depends on budget always.

Put the N3 struts on a 2020 Ram 1500, and now on a 2020 Ford Ranger. In both cases, noticeably better ride than stock. If their rear shocks are just as good as the struts then that is how I will go on the rear.

Im no expert but my 2013 f150 fx4 has had a 2 inch level since new the factory ford upper control arms and shocks lasted over 100,000 miles i decided to upgrade to rough country vertex coil overs in the front with there mid grade shocks in the rear. Also upgraded to the rc upper control arms. I put 15,000 miles on it in 2 years beating it like i always have both rear shocks already leaked out one upper control arm boot has already busted and now my coilover just went. Im sticking with motorcraft on everything from now on not a single issue in 100,000 miles. My upgrades have all failed in a year or two after 8 perfect years with ford parts. I do beat the hell out of it in the Rockies on jeep trails 35s winch camper decked. At max payload constantly but the ford parts lasted where rough country didn't.
