You see Mr Njomo, I remember this tailoring shop near the Kumba Hausa church as we used to call it in those days(the word Mosque) was not in common usage) is where we stitched most of our stylish dresses in those days like the dress style of some music, film, political and social icons like ( the Beatles, Joe Dassin, Johnny Halliday,James Brown, Johnny Nash,Wilson Picket, Rolling Stones just to name a few the grayish suit like dress I wore in one of my many pictures you presented in my post in one of your presentations "Kumba is alive" was stitched by Danjouma's mate Yaro in that same tailor shop in 1968 in my second year in CCAST Bambili, Bamenda. The two, Danjiuma and Yaro were excellent tailors sewing dress styles from what we called catalogues or photo journals in those days. I paid 500frs for that light weight grey suit in those days and it was so admired in CCAST. Mates wondered where some of our dresses were stitched. That is going down memory lane, Mr Njomo Kevin.
