Appreciate your videos always looking out to watch them@@repaircollc
Attaboy Luther!
In a field, about to rain. Doesn't look fun.
@EAH4LYF Now in a field in the pouring rain! Yep I'm a mechanic now!
Very nice, the only thing I can see is you got a Kohler engine instead of a Onan my Onan is 27 years old and still runs like new.
@kennethgrimes5494 I have the onan on my trailblazer it's a 1995 and just got a new ignition system. It is smoother engine than the kholer for sure. Thanks for watching!✌️
Best videos on the tube!
@gillihansmobilewelding Thank you! I don't know though, that Gillihan's guy used to make some good ones too 😉 🤣
Oooooh yeah!
And..... he's back!
Get a Ford!
Whoops
I work for a New way dealer, they use Hardox when building their garbage trucks. Great video. I love watching you guys.
The plant manufacturers use it as well. I don't use enough to get it shipped in, unfortunately.
very good !!!!!
Thank you! Glad your still enjoying.
SPLENDID
Thanks!
@@repaircollc WELCOME
Man do you ever get into tight jobs . I hope you get paid good for all your hard work. I never knew ar meant abrasion resistant . Thanks for throwing in those little known tidbits.
I'm not even sure what good pay is anymore! I think I'm expensive till I have to buy something then I realize how little I make 😮💨. Thanks so much for watching and commenting.
Na-na-na-na-na-na-na Tool Mule!
Heck yeah, Deacon! Getting it done!
Nice work fellas, rock on!
Thanks Pap!
Bonne chance
Thanks so much for watching and your comments. I never thought about my heart, that's a good point. I will change gloves next time. ✌️
The variety of jobs you do in on another level. Thanks for bringing us along.
It is the spice of life! Thanks so much for hanging out with us.
Love the outtakes at the end! Keep up the good work.
Thanks so much for watching! I glad you liked it more to come for sure.
Congratulations Deacon.. Enjoy your old man now, you are going to miss him when he's not around.
It's crazy how fast that metal wears out. And congratulations to Deacon!
I like your video !!
Thank you!
Is there anything you don't do?😮
Ya, work on my own stuff 😆.
Do you know what made the seal go bad?
Time I'm sure. 20 years of wear.
Atta boy Tool Mule! Ain’t no job too much for Repairco!
we appreciate that Pap!
That mf was higher than the trees! Nice pretty welds ya jerk... making the rest of us look like chumps. The moat kick ass aerials on the tube. The music was perfect for it.
I seen you using a hollow hydraulic piston removing bushings and then putting new ones back on so where can I buy the kit you used for removing and installing the bushings it’s a long treaded rod with a nut and spacers I’m started my own mobile welding in san Diego California. If you can provide a website or information would appreciate it very much I have the hollow hydraulic piston. By the way I’m a subscriber and let me tell you just watching once brings back my skills from younger days. Just retired from city work so now I’m following my dream of my own business after spending mostly retirement money hahahaha but little at a time. Thank you for your dedication to us subscribers and sharing your knowledge experience with us all. Founder Welding Works
Thanks for watching! The hollow cylinder is from Vevor and can be found on a few different sites. I can't remember which I ordered mine from. I use 1" B7 hardened threaded rod and grade 8 nuts that I git for local bolt supply. The washer plates are 1" plate that I got off a job. Hope this helps, good luck on your adventures ✌️
Your going to end up with skin cancer welding in a tank top!
i use sunscreen now after that one🤣
Lol. Poor guy, already looked like a tomato.
@@zenabu80 I tried to tell him 😬
Just need to change the zip ties every 6 months 😂
Even with your relatively mild winter temperatures, I would still insulate the exterior piping. One really cold snap and look out!
Oh don't worry we will. This is far from finished 😉
I'm jealous of those cutting skills and camera angles. Those places couldn't function without RepairCo!
I read the title and thought someone was going to be arguing or fighting. Once you said it was a water boiler I quickly figured it out 😂
That guy must be new at making hydraulic hoses
Probably right.
Nice of you to follow-up. This was interesting. I used a Lull. Is it set up about the same mechanically???
Thank you! Yes it is. They are all pretty similar. We appreciate the comment!
Nicely done! That Vevor is a handy tool! Do you deal with getting the parts on a job like this or did the customer provide them?
I usually end up doing the order and they pick them up if not in stock. I always go in person to point at the screen and do the part guys job 🙄. It's damm near impossible to get the right anything over the phone. I do charge for the time spent as well. You'll find most customers want you to get the parts they don't have a clue what you need. Just be ready to pull your hair out dealing with some of the idiots behind the counter, usually it's more aggravating than the job. Hope that helps!✌️
And people wonder why the country is in the shape it's in.
Oh its no wonder.
Let tekamo in canada says your degree my trade
Yep yep!
Collage at cat that's what they like experience don't matter college degree can't read tape hire people who work on equipment.
This kind of thing is real common these days.
I Love your diversity.
Thank you!
Wow! How do these guy's keep their jobs??? It's so hard to find competent help anymore. It would be great if you could charge them for wasting your time.
I couldn't agree more.
This was a fun watch. You guys get into a little bit of everything. You definitely live up to the name of your business. Looking forward to the next one.
Thanks so much! It's funny you say that because I put a lot of thought into a name that could encompass what I'm about. I hate monotony, as you can tell 😉. Thanks for always giving me such good comments, I'll try to keep you interested ✌️
I'm trying to remember how we did these. never pulled the boom out to work on the hoses and gortrack. I thought we just took the two bolts off the front and the whole bracket on the rear, pop off the hoses and just took the whole track right out the front.
Yes, you are right.
Nice vid man ! How much did you charge & how do you handle callbacks if there's a problem?
Charged by the hour but the jobs not done so don't know yet. I stand by all my work 💯.
I operate telehandlers at work sometimes. Enjoyed the video.
Thanks so much for checking us out! I have done my seat time in these as well. They are pretty slick for the work we do, I love when one is on the job.
I like the 2 or 3 hr 250 dollar jobs before these!
You can have all of those, to much running around for me 😅! Thanks for watching. ✌
Влей в него промывочное масло.
I have Victor Firepower MH250
hello !!!! very good !!! I like your video !!!!
Thanks so much for watching!
You guys made it look simple however it didn’t look cheap
Right at $7,000.00 just in parts.
Not driving the ring gear home concerns me a bit.
🤔 not sure what that means.
No help?
