OK, SO - Please, do yourself a favour and increase your FOV - Then change your ADS FOV setting too - That way it wont zoom in so much whilst aiming and you'll be able to see more and control recoil better. I think your sensitivity is too high as I can only ascertain you're new to FPS games, I think the default sense is something like 50 turn it down to 40, and then in the acceleration settings turn that down to like 10 - These settings should help you feel less like a fight to aim and shoot and more fluid.
