Happy Anniversary FPA...I have been a part of FPA for about 35 years and I have enjoyed the service, and the connections. It's going to be tough as I adjust to a new PCP, (because Dr. Jeffrey Foxx was my doctor all that time and now he is not in the offices with patient's, but I wish him a relaxing retirement) and I look forward to the challenge of picking the last new PCP for me, hopefully that will see me all the way thru my elder years!

This is my great physician for 31 years. I was overwhelmed with sadness when I heard the news of his illness and the seriousness of it. Dr. Foxx, you have had and are in our family's prayers by name each day.

Karen and Jim very clearly describe the truth regarding yoga and meditation. Often people resist being introduced to these practices based on misinformation; consequently they unknowingly deprive themselves of the multitude of benefits derived from establishing a consistent practice. Many thanks to both Karen and Jim.

Do the tablets get sanitized after each patient has used them? I'm not crazy about using a tablet someone has just coughed or sneezed on. Other than that concern, I like the concept.

Yeah, Tamiflu is great if you can keep it down. My daughter and a lot of other people I know will throw it up almost immediately; it's one of the side effects of the medication.
