Opened with this tune in CT. late May. Nice n crunchy !

Anybody alive know the story behind this song. Has no person ever asked him before? Lyrics don't really make sense. Maybe he just thought it sounded edgy, or something. The lyrics make no sense, given there is a famous band named "Jesus and the Mary Chain" from the same locale as "Thin Lizzy", and the words "Jesus and Mary Chain" were just jumbled together without rhyme or reason according to the band with the name. Is it about the band? And that nirvana rip off at the end is strange placement (sounds good, but strange homage if it was an homage). This came out in 95, Cobain died in 94, so maybe it was.
