@@dividendfanatics75 it's a risky play. Apart from the last 1 month where the gain has been just over 1% every other time period you look at it has lost. The chart also is very bearish with a trend downwards if you zoom out. Much better REITs are in the FTSE are BYG, SEGRO. In NYSE of course there's O, ADC, MAA. Much better putting your money in established fundamentals rather than playing a possible turnaround in the supermarket REIT
