I make it my business no longer to read 'Jungians'. I go directly to Jung's words, (at least in English translation). That way I can be sure I'm getting the full, rich complex, sometimes paradoxical and confounding meanings of the man himself. This film, where Jung speaks to us in English, is a gift beyond measure. ❤

how about if for at least a period of time people intentionally gives up trying to understand what he or she is listening to? They just give up trying to gain something understanding something new..iow don't try to process and learn something new? just a little experiment. maybe even look at a video without the mind trying to learn anything new Just for a few minutes?

If this is too woo woo then look into the science of Doty, ,Campbell and Kastrup for the validation we live in a mental and material world - the former creates the latter. The limitations are only natural laws - and even those get mental at subatomic levels. You are as depressed as these ideas offend your intellect.
