That spinach looks different then what i know as spinach

No one is going to get poisoned from eating spinach as part of a healthy diet their doctor recommends 😂 many, many vegetables (and even tea and chocolate) contain oxalates. Most people who have problems with oxalates (which usually result in kidney stones) have genetic predispositions or preexisting intestinal issues that can create the risk of oxalate poisoning. In short, dont trust someone panicking over eating spinach more than your doctor - especially someone who misspells it in their CZcams comment.
