How to Remove Your Tractor's Front Loader, Bucket and Backhoe
I have the 2014 Branson. Can u tell me how to engage the PTO
My 5555 with forks could not lift 3000lbs. It looked just like your lift. It could curl it but It couldn't lift it outright. I was pretty disappointed. I haven't tried the 4540 yet to see what it will lift. I do like the 4540 better over all than 5555. These tractors are built for midgets too. I always feel like I'm sitting to low on the Mahindra.
Very well described Devin. It's not very difficult , but I wish you didn't have to remove all the 3-pt hitch parts. Appreciate the tutorial.
How can i identify the Branson user manual part on my tractor
How fast does it bale and how well does it work in ruff ground? ❤😊
Awesome demonstration. Drum mowers are great, but crop still needs to be crimped for even drying. Thanks again.
Making quality hay is far more complex, resource-intensive, and stressful than hobbyists imagine. When your equipment breaks down-- and eventually it will-- baling operations grind to a complete halt. A surprise rainstorm blows in and soaks your hay, and you lose it all and must then clean up and dispose of the mess. Mow your 10-acre yard with a zero-turn, continue to buy your hay from professionals, and save yourself the headaches.
Why did the algorithm suggest me this when all I watch is video games and diy? Your company seems small and family owned so I hope you have a bright future ahead.
I’m not happy with mine. The crappy part of one side raising first or you hit a bump one drops the other raises then if you’re on uneven ground it will raise the high side with enough force to turn it over. Mine has turned over 4 times and its a year old.
My neighbor was used New Holland balers for years over a John deere.
2 Months ago I purchased a new TYM3515 H with the BH150 Backhoe and a Brush Hog. I watched your video and it helped me take off the backhoe to attach the Brush Hog but when I went to put the backhoe on again, I couldn't get the Hyd. couplings together. You made it look easy. I had to ultimately loosen the coupling to relieve a tiny bit of pressure so I could reconnect them. This has happened twice and it's a pain in the butt. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
The first question I have is: when removing the backhoe are you hooking the hose ends to each other? Second, when you set the backhoe on the ground, are you shutting the tractor off and moving the backhoe control levers to relieve any pressure? Both of those things will cause pressure problems when hooking up the hoses. We didn't have this in the video, but another solution that helps is to cut a small block of wood to make a small stand to use right under where the backhoe pivots from side to side. Put that below the backhoe when unhooking it and when the backhoe settles, it will transfer the weight onto the small stand and not build pressure in the hoses. Hope that helps!
@@VarnerEquipment I am hooking the hoses together. I am shutting it off and I moved every control numerous times. The tractor side isn't the problem. It's the backhoe. At least one of the hoses still has pressure when I try to reconnect to the tractor. I have to break the coupling on the backhoe and let maybe 5 or 6 drops leak out so that is releases pressure on the pin. I will try the wood idea.
@@handsupbud If you are hooking the hoses together on the backhoe as well as the hoses on the tractor usually that will take the pressure and equalize it. If you uncouple the backhoe hoses and then there is pressure on one hose it is settling down so the little stand will take care of that just put it in before you move you levers around when you are unhooking, and it will make your life easier.
@@devinvarner1675 thanks, I will give it a try.
Sweet corn or worthless dent?
Ok.. a stuffer with cutting knives at the bottom ....like a claas Roland 520😂😂
Great tutorial!
How do you get the bales nice and tight
They're used here for grass silage, But with the chopper blades on it might be a bit " rough" for clover or alfalfa.. lesf shatter is a thing
Irish baler💪💪
Wait until you see a mchale fusion baler
Especially, the fusion with the film wrap ..
didn't know there was so much beef between the baler equipment companies
If they can't put it up yourself, why plant it?
Sucks your arm in with the twine
Customer puts on a set of 30 foot fork blades lol
This is a VERY Good Demostration for a "Potential Buyer". The Technique & Terminology were "Spot On".!! Thank you Sir for the Excelent vidio and happy safe tractoring. Best wishes with all your endeavours.
Thank you for the Vidio, Sir.
Very True. The Tractor MUST be able to CARRY the Load that it can LIFT SAFELY !! Thank you Sir for the Excelent vidio & Commentary.
Yup not everyone know this
I'm thinking of getting a small conditioning drum mower, a two wheel rake & round baler to go with my new T25.
I like how you could totally see the implements
That's a very good investment!
I think the mower and rake would be awesome, as for the baler though, i feel at that point it would be easier just to get a small square baler. 😂👍❤️
OK, where's part 2? :-)
Coming shortly! But we linked the full video for you to check out, too!
How do I start one of these I’m a city slicker I got mine started before but can’t find the video? The key will not turn.
Very good instructions though. Thanks a million.
At 69 years, i can tell you, i wish id used safty glasses when i should have.
Hey this is an old video but if you could contact me somehow I’d really appreciate that😂I bought one that is either the exact same or similar model and it needs a new front right spindle, if by some rare chance you still have the machine in this video could you send me a picture of the front right assembly that would be amazing, I cannot seem to find the right parts or pictures
Hey Ben, I'm sorry we no longer have this backhoe. I did look back in our files to see if we had photos of the front end, but we did not.
@@VarnerEquipment thank you, I really appreciate it!
Informative discussion on safe loading for any vehicles axle capabilities. The front axle, as you point out, together with the hub drive system, is a critical factor for safe handling and avoiding breakage. Adding ballast to the rear will increase the counter balance weight and increase the weight on the front which can raised without lifting the rear of the ground. Therefore the loading on the front wheels, hubs and axle drive assemblies is also increased. Add impact due to uneven surfaces, braking , steering etc. and the failure point of the weakest link will eventually be exceeded. Manufacturers should include safe working loads/weights for the front and rear axles with the tractors specifications as is required for vehicle and trailer registration. Towing and lifting gauges on the instrument panel could show/warn operators of the tractor of dangerous overloading etc.. Don’t want to complicate work but where injury, death and machinery damage due to machinery failure and operator error is an avoidable, measurable risk which can be avoided, we should be responsible. Would we as buyers of machinery value this info and warnings being offered by the manufacturers of tractors? Gary
Another thing you can't tilt back the load when at maximum weight.
Longer loader is fighting more negative weight load .it's like the 4 pound hammer .with a handle of one foot easy to lift but with same 4pound hammer with a 4 foot handle not so easy to lift. Denis from Santa Rosa CA
I have a 25.9 Mahindra xlt shuttle . I lift alot of weight sometimes max weight. I have 900 lb of ballast weight. I move heavy logs with my forks . In order to see how well the tractor is really going to handle any weight you need ballast weight . I almost rolled my tractor because of no ballast weight. What a difference with the ballast weight. I am on flat and hilly ground. Denis from Santa Rosa CA
Thanks
i would love to have this ford backhoe
Very helpful! I’m just starting to learn about tractors and you gave me some very useful information to think about.
I have a 2021 4720 and doesn't look anything close to what i have.
Seriously dude, you actually got on CZcams with this crap. Lol can't fix STUPID 😢
Please you need to talk a hell of a lot more and then don’t show us nothing.
Had a trouble with the 7060 front tires if you’re carrying a big bale on the front and you’re going down the road very fast or in a higher speed bounce of the Mail on there will blow your front tires out the original tires on the tractor have to be replaced with fire stone heavier tires more air
I have a 70, 6000 lift big bales fine but you gotta watch you don’t wanna raise them too high in the air on a hillside do you wanna keep it pretty level they have a Tennessee tip it’s right on level ground, watch how you raise it so many people want to raise the bucket in the loader too damn high in the air and then you run into problems
The video definition of beating a dead horse.
U talk to much
How to hay small acreage: 1. Get tens & tens & tens of thousands of dollars 2. Sell all the hay you manage to bale every year for about 250 bucks 3. Rethink your life
