Anyway you can show me how to replace the fan motor? Or at least a screw and wire diagram. I took Mt l6 pro apart to replace the fan and I'm an idiot and forgot which screws go where. Also. There is a green/blue/black/red wire that I can't seem to find where it plugs into. Help!

The extract bar are taged by small pins to the the silicon edge in the other side of robot. After unfastening it, remove the 2 joint axles, forcing them slightly so the piece comes out. finally unscrew the brush motor (white piece on one side)

Excellent presentation. I just ordered the iRobot J7+ a few days ago to replace my 980 Roomba which will goto the 3rd level of the house. The 500 Roomba will clean 1st level and the 2nd floor will welcome the J7+ paired with the Brava M6. The control station will be the Alexa Echo Pop. These machines can replace maids and butlers plus at my age they will give me time to read , cook, exercise, and watch a good movie on Netflix 😮😊😅. I was supriced when I checked mine before. That the rollers are not really on the floor. But instead tilted up. And it sucks from the air above your floor. Less efficient and more energy wasting. Its built for carpet 90%.

Never buy this iRobot products. It is made by a scam company. I bought brand new from an eBay seller. It is still under warranty and it broke down. The support person told me because I didn't purchase it from an authorized seller. So there is no warranty. They told me I have to pay for the repair even though it is still under warranty. Avoid this scam company.

Thank you! I slowed down the video at 9:35 to 0.25x speed because you removed those base plate screws so fast! I took the unit apart to solve the error "filter wet or clogged" when it is actually just a build up of lint and dust in every nook and cranny plus in the intake screen of the fan motor.
