It’s easy to travel using DiDi (I strongly recommend booking cars on DiDi) similar to grab/uber/gojek because it’s cheap and safer than flagging down a taxi. The public transport/free Hengdian attractions shuttle buses have long intervals so it’s a bit inconvenient.

Okay so after you set up your AliPay app (the international version), I remember you’ll need to register your personal phone number (doesn’t have to be a China number, you can use your own country’s mobile number for verification and setting up the account) Here’s a step by step guide for you to sign up for AliPay account : thetravelintern.com/china-mobile-payment-guide-alipay-wechat-pay/ After you’ve registered & verified your account on AliPay, you will be able to see after you logged into the app, on your home screen, the apps available on AliPay (AppCentre) DiDi Travel is one of the apps on AliPay and it doesn’t require you to register another account, you can simply use the DiDi Travel function inside AliPay app itself :) For Hengdian, the location is classified under “JinHua” Let me know if you have more questions, and I’ll try my best to help!

The bund last entry is at 8.30pm and closes at 9pm. And for Guangzhou -HongKong it’s quite near by car, around 10mins ride

I will strongly recommend these 2 for The Untamed places that are part of the Hengdian tickets for 3 attractions: 清明山河图 (Qing Ming Shan He Tu), 秦皇宫 (The Palace of Emperor Qin) If you like other historical dramas like 步步惊心 Scarlet Heart, you can choose Ming & Qing 明清宫苑 too! 春秋唐园 ( Spring & Autumn Tang Park) - Most scenes are taken here but its not part of Hengdian world studios theme park. This location is often used as a filming site so there are alot of crews and no performances or rides

I would recommend to go Qin Palace first because they have a very popular 4D experience there and its best to go early to avoid crowd :) Oh, I strongly recommend you to avoid China public holidays for an leisure experience at Hengdian

Hello~ thank you for watching! I bought my ticket from hengdian official website, and I happen to have a local friend in China so I borrowed her phone number to place my order. However, in the event you don’t have a China phone number, here are some alternatives: Trip.com : Hengdian World Studios sg.trip.com/travel-guide/attraction/Dongyang/Hengdian-World-Studios-10758622?locale=en-SG&curr=SGD For foreigners, it’s easier to purchase the packages from trip.com, there’s not much price difference Or, you can choose to buy the entrance ticket on the day itself at the counter (more expensive than online tickets) Travelling around in Hengdian is easy with DiDi app (similar to Grab/Uber/Gojek) and I used the DiDi function on AliPay (AliPay is an all in one app) Its cheap (ranges around $3-$10 SGD) There are free shuttle bus around Hengdian but the timing are unpredictable and its a long wait if you missed one.
