FINIC Stainless Rice Parboiler of 400kg Batch Capacity
FINIC Rice Paboilers Being Prepared for Transportation.
The parboiler is made of stainless steel and has a batch capacity of 400kg (8 bags).
The design is exemplary for the following reasons:
1. Soaking tank and steam generator are made integral. Does not require soaking of rice in a separate container.
2. The parboiling process lasts for about 20 minutes.
3. Has an excellent system of steam distribution that ensures that each rice grain receives an equal share of the heat.
4. The firebox is well lagged with clay bricks to reduce heat loss and thus reduce the use of plenty biomass as fuel.
5. Equipped with a chimney that protudes beyond the roof of the processing house and thus eliminates the danger of smoke inhalation.
6. Discharge of rice after the parboiling process is made very easy unlike the traditional practice.

In the package of the FINIC Generation 4 Bulk Palm Oil Mill, there are 3 clarifiers. Each has a batch capacity of 430 litres. When filled to capacity with palm butter of the Tenera variety and such Palm butter is processed by the FINIC Floatation Machine, 200 litres ( a drum content) of palm oil will be yielded after 2 hours of heating time.
