This is beautiful. This is how I've always felt about art in general. Creativity can't really be logicized or rationalized and then crammed into the "good or bad" categories. This is also the reason why I've never watched awards shows. I've always felt those shows are very political.... And those shows also force creativity into a formulaic and rigid path, especially with regards to movies and television.

1 cup chick pea Flour 1/2 cup Nutritional yeast 1tbsp paprika 1tsp onion powder salt to taste 1 cup water whisk until smooth 1TBS Mustard 2 tbs ACV boil water (didnt say how much) reduce heat to very low stir in mixture really slow with two tbs of Tahini store in fridge for two hrs

Honestly, I enjoy recipes but I just wish people would just do the recipe withoug so much talking. There is only one person I know of on CZcams that shares recipes without a bunch of talking and add ons, and his recipes are really good.

I make this all the time thanks to you. A great plant based protein source. I make sandwiches with it with wholewheat toast.. The only thing I do is change out the Tahini for french mustard. And thats the gamechanger for me.

there is a healthier and faster way to make this, look up how they turn legumes (Chickpeas like lentils are legumes) into TOFU, they soak overnight, half a cup of chickpeas, half a cup of water blend, cook down IN A NON STICK STIRING SO THE STARCHES DONT BURN THEY SINK TO THE BOTTOM) until a paste, then put it in a mould with those ingredients, THE difference is you dont cook the shit out of them and lose their value for no reason, and also you are aware of the relationship of food and nutrient absorption. no one should be a chef without learning how to preserve the nutrients in food. NO ONE. It ill come out as a solid block

Chickpeas have boron in them which you need to absorb magnesium and calcium, its the reason why most get Arthritis. Keep chickpeas in your diet.
