Gbu bro and sis Today let's study about THE false instistence about The early church worshiped and gave offerings in Sunday. The who worship on Sunday not on the Sabbath day insist that that the early church worshiped and gave offerings on Sunday by quoting only two words. First day of every week and collections from 1Cor 16:2. They think that the collections on the first day of every week the offerings for Sunday service. Let's disprove it if collections in 1Cor 16:2 were the regular offerings at the weekly worship service why did Paul say that to collections should be made when he came?? If the collections here were the regular offerings they had to be made whether or not apostals Paul came. How did Paul to tell them not to offer the regular offerings anymore? The collections here are the regular offerings for the weekly worship service..This means that the Corinthians saints should save the income that they earned on the first day of every week.Through this we can understand that they rather worked on Sunday to earn in come. Therefore it is wrong to insist that 1Cor 16:2 is a record about the offerings for service on every Sunday. 1Cor 16:3 send them with your gift to JERUSELEM therefore their insistence that the early church worshiped on Sunday ,quoting 1Cor 16:2. 2Cor 9:1_5. Paul wrote in his letter that when he recommended the church in Macedonia to prepare collections he boasted to them about the church in Corinth which prepared collections for one year to help the church in JERUSELEM . So it's wrong saying collections made and kept Sunday worship. Amen.

They worship on Sunday saying Jesus assencention on Sunday and the decents if the holy spirit it's wrong according to the scriptures Sabbath the worship day is only in seventh day. And it's has got nothing to do with the day if Jesus s asention. Day. Lord showed the importance of Sabbath EXODUS 20:8_11. It's in the ten commandments no to disobey. If you disobey you ll be out to death given in Exodus 31:14. And son of man the lord of Sabbath Matt 12:8 mark 2:28. Matt 24:20_21 says pray that your flight should not take place on the Sabbath day. So it's very clear that Sabbath is not on the Sunday The book of Leviticus 23 says all about the appointed festivals. The day if first friut on Sunday given in Leviticus 23:10_11. Jesus died on the cross in the feast of unleavened bread the day after the Passover. Mk 14:12_72:15:1,25,37 then what day of the week was it? It was the day before the Sabbath that's Friday. Mark 15:37 mark 15:42. It was s preparation day. Mark 16:9 and mark 16:1_2 is the lord's resurrection day Sunday) 1Cor 15;20. Lord risen as the first friut in the day of first frius. Therefore Jesus resurrection was the fulfillment of the PROPHECY of the day of first fruits then why Jesus resurrected on Sunday ? It was not because we should keep Sunday service but because the day of first fruits always falls on Sunday even in old testament times Leviticus 23:15_16 from the day after the Sabbath the day is...... The reason the feast I'd called feast of weeks. Is that seven Sabbaths the feast of penticost. Act 2:1. And John 7:2. It's the feast of John 7:37_38. The feast of trumpet. So each festival is different days if we interpret according to our own thoughts we ll pervert the gospel and ll be punished do each festivals had its blessings so let's obey the scriptures
