yeah, those things were loud and stiff with blown out shocks but you were strapped in so it wasn't as bad as it sounded. 😂🤣🤡

Way upstream, we crossed into an area with a bunch of rocks and decided to turn around. This was an amazing ride.

@RM.Adventures_ that was Stumpknockers before the bridge. The rocks get worse from there because they are just under water and you will hit them if you don't know where they are.

This was an amazing ride.. as we got more comfortable we kept going faster and faster. Might be a good little ride for you and your family. A lot of fishing down there then hit the springs after to relax

JD stopped himself before finishing that sentence but I'm not putting blame on anyone. It was just a crappy luck/incident. It was high tide so the buoys were pretty much invisible sitting 6-12 inches under murky water. A boater caught another trap but he was able to quickly untangle it from the propeller.

Those idiots are overfishing and destroying our fragile ecosystems and these traps are a sad shit stain on the protected historic loxahatchee river. You have no proof whether or not the trap was set legally or not so don’t speculate like a asshat

yeah, I was surprised with the amount of rope as well. Thanks to Mike/Rhi whom towed me to the boat ramp and JD for helping remove the rope.

They are a bit pricey, but the functionality and quality are amazing. Wait for holiday sales to save a few $$$$

You really can't go wrong with modern pwc as they are all great choices. All that matters is that you get out on the water, be safe, and have a great time.

@@RM.Adventures_ Agreed for sure. I've owned the two major brands for 30 years and although I could tell stories of the old days...the new ones are amazing and splitting hairs at best but most of my Sea Doo friends (older peeps) do struggle with the settings.

@cowlumbus I have friends that ride different brands/models. Mist don't know they have these features, much less how to use them. 😅🤣🤡

I know what a jetski is. And while incorrect, jetski is one of those terms that most people associate as being a PWC's in general and not the brand or model. Similar to Tupperware, Kleenex, band-aid, bobcat, bubble wrap.. The list can go on and on.

I was following the ski in front because I didn't know the route. Going almost 60 mph and hitting a sharper turn than expected is why it caught me off guard. 🙃
