Highly disappointed. First the carpet was extremely dirty. I felt disgusted walking on it. The shower was dirty. The bathroom mirror was chipped and the toilet was dirty and would not flush. My asthma was so bad in the room due to the carpet that I did not sleep. When I would ask for towels no one would bring any up. The coffee machine in the room did not work, and the ice machine was out of order. Due to the fact that I was unable to breathe due to the carpet I informed the front desk and they stated they were “working” on getting the carpet clean and knew it was dirty. There were also bugs everywhere and some of my items went missing in my room while I was away. You cannot write a review any longer on this hotel due to it being disabled.. DO NOT BOOK HERE

I stayed in this hotel when I visited Hong Kong back in 1997 and again in 2010.
