During our studies, we used bench-mounted and hand-held magnifiers provided by Healthmark. Some external images were captured using an M8 Lenovo Android tablet. We also used borescopes from Clarus, Healthmark and Steris (Cantel/Medivators) to capture external images.

Thank you for posting the very informative series. Can you recommend a particular model to cover all flexible endoscopes- my unit oversees reprocessing of the full range and a Boroscope rig to cover all would be a great advantage as we have a mixture of new and legacy inventory in our fleet.

First, we do not endorse any particular product. Second, for our published studies and webinars, we have used borescopes from Healthmark, Clarus and Steris. You will likely need two different diameter cameras-- a large one that would be around 2 mm and a smaller one less than 1 mm. Some units allow for plug-n-play of different camera sizes.
