Spelled as St Keiran by Harry Clarke, Ireland's foremost stained-glass artist, this panel is one of 19 at St. Mary's Church, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo.

Shimmering colours depict St. Brendan holding his wooden oar which represents his many voyages throughout his life. Depicting the only night sky in the panel's predella, Harry Clarke once again displays his genius as an artist.

An Interview with Mr. Jimmy Tierney of Ballinrobe in 1998. Mr. Jimmy McHugh, of Castlebar Community Radio, conducted the interview in July 1998 and it is an interesting and varied history on a variety of topics associated with Mayo's only Race Course - Ballinrobe.

Included are images of Bridge St., Glebe St, an aerial view, some groups and people and various other aspects of life in Ballinrobe.
