Appreciate it, man. I just simply got that wallpaper, and then I turned off the grid positioning for icons on desktop to move them wherever. And shortcuts just from my applications and games.

I figured it out finally. I was using some older mods I guess. Tried only new ones (from this month, some even this week) and they worked.

Probably, but maybe it could be that the game freezes up your pc and makes it crash when you launch. But maybe you don't have the component power for the game anymore. I mean, they changed from UE4 to UE5, so...

@@RedSep yeah i was able to play for a while now, but i had to lower all my settings by a crazy ton to run it now.

Nice mate. I'm guessing it's your component power that can't deal with the game anymore, but I'm happy it worked.

Prob overheating if your PC is shutting off. PC wont shut off because it cant "handle" the game. Your PC should never be randomly turning off.

@@wokislush yeah it was overheating, cpu was always at 96 degrees C

Yes, you probably have to manually add that path for it to recognize and work. If it can not find the game directory, then you have to add that path to it as well. I'm not sure how Symlink works since I didn't use it, but if it's not recognizing the game folder or mods, then add it to it.

That's because of the new update, mate. Make sure not to install outdated mods. Most mods don't work anymore, but some do like arsenal, gunfighter, gun mods, customizations... in order to fix it, just run the game in safe mode or uninstall your mods.

Most mods they have already been updated. But about the rest, I'm not too sure if they are broken or will get an update.

Are you installing mods after the new update? If yes, then most mods are not working for the new update and will crash your game. Make sure to install the ones that you think it works.

Appreciate it. I personally like to dig into those folders just in case if u don't want to replace the files or back them up. It's good both ways.

@@RedSep I agree, what I do with files that I don't want to get rid of forever I copy them and paste them into a "Backup" folder that I can just drag back into my directory and replace the mod files.

Yes, if you want to keep certain files, then obviously, it's good to save them somewhere. Otherwise, you would lose them if you want them.

😅 no worries. I also had to do the same, but I still have my achievements progress there. It's annoying, but we can now wait for them to give a fixed update so we can install mods again.

Hey. The problem is that when you download mods from the in-game itself, it corrupts/breaks the game. You have to download the mods from Nexus mods and then install them as in the video manually or via the vortex software from Nexus. If you want to make modding easier for games, make sure to check my tutorial video on how to install mods with vortex on my CZcams page.

Make sure to install WinRar if you can't extract folders. Otherwise I don't know how it wouldn't work for you.

Have you tried with WinRar? If you have, then I don't know what else to recommend. It should be a folder extractor, not file.

You just simply select your resolution of your monitor, but if you mean the resolution scale, it's basically a bit under the screen resolution. I'm not really sure what you mean otherwise.

I would say that TAA is better. But me personally o use none. I go with FXAA to keep those objects smooth and not have my textures blurry.

Thanks. The only thing I could tell you is that it's a game problem. When you crouch, obviously, the gun gets a bit closer to you, and when you zoom in, the scope resolution breaks. You could try something with the "PIP scope resolution" setting i think it's called. in the advanced video setting.

You probably didn't create an account, mate. Or if you are downloading mods from the in-game, then don't. The in-game mods are broken. Just download from Nexus.

If you haven't installed the mod yet, then obviously is not gonna say if you want them to be replaced. But about it not working, make sure you have it in the correct pathway, and also try with different versions like x11 or x12 to see if it works in one of them. But in general, I'm not sure why it doesn't for you. It should if you have taken the steps in the video correctly.

ok thanks I installed modio and it works better for me although there are some missing mods. Is Mod IO and Nexus mods compatible?

Don't think so, mate. But my recommendation would be to install mods manually from Nexus mod. Modio most of the time breaks your game.

You could just literally go to on steam. Find the game in your library. Right-click on your game. And then go in properties. There should be a section called installed files, and from there, click on the show in the folder, and you have your game directory pathway.

This tutorial was made 1 year ago and you are complaining. Updates as of current are more advanced then before and when he made this video the settings then would be the best for quality/performence.

It's because there isn't much difference between the low and high-quality textures. It just takes GPU power and ram too much. You can also see the difference in game photo on texture option.

You basically have to extract the mod folder, and then the pak file should be inside the folder.

Then, simply go to Google and search for WinRar. This app allows you to extract folders.

Appreciate it. It could be because the mod is outdated, or maybe you are running the game in safe mode? Which could make your mods not to load.

Maybe it's a different type of file, or maybe the voice mod you have needs to be in a different folder. Honestly, I have no idea what voice mod you have.
