You're a Lying chunk of CRAPP Sir!
So smart, so compassionate. Comment from a neurologist.
Thanks
Great video. Several additional points to maintain high Employee Retention. 1. Your company has to be successful and growing. No matter what efforts you make, failing companies cannot retain employees. 2. Have a strong company reputation. A company known for providing low quality services/products will lose employees, especially in this day of internet reviews. 3. You need to pay very well and offer financial incentives to retain employees. 4. You need to promote employees to leadership roles. 5. You need to possibly offer equity in your company. 6. You need to have employees work in the office and your office space has to be very cool/hip. 7. You must treat your employees with respect and kindness. 8. You must fire toxic employees immediately. 9. You need to over hire to factor in attrition. 10. Your company must have fun events, trips, activities, year end parties, etc. 11. You need to offer some free company benefits such as free food, excellent health care and retirement benefits. 12. You need to have regular one-on-one meetings with your staff to understand their happiness level at your company.
I’m so glad I never got any of the clot shots.
This is very true and it's me in an HMO through work. I recently had to change because my previous clinic went to a higher out of cost level. I'm starting at the bottom again and they make it impossible to opt out. It stinks.
It's not always a matter of choice it's about insurance dictates especially if you are in an HMO. My previous clinic got changed to a higher teir which meant higher out of picket. My choice of a lower tier clinic closest to me was the same clinic 3 different branch locations. That doesn't seem like a choice otherwise it's driving an hour or more to see a doctor. I'm very unhappy and have only gone to the established care visit which was mandated by the primary care clinic to get a referral if I ever needed one. I don't go to the doctor unless needed being I I don't have any chronic medical conditions. I also stopped doing preventative care after going through menopause. When I was doing yearly physicals it was with an Ob/Gyn who I went to for many years and was 2 hours away. When he stopped practicing I went once to my PCP so I could continue HRT. That was my last preventive care. When that was over I decided no more. I also have a distrust of medical care and insurance for justified reasons.
So the choice you're talking about is non-existent especially if you're covered by an HMO. Mine is through work so I really don't have a choice.
Been in the manufacturing industry for 35 years. I’ve worked closely with everyone from welders, to engineers, to project managers, to presidents of companies, to CEOs. I have never, not once heard anybody say that being nice was a quality that made a good leader in business. It’s a favorable attribute to have, for sure, but there are a lot more qualities far more important than being nice if you want to lead.
Democide
So it’s not a vaccine
I recently had to switch primary care clinics due to insurance provider coverage. What I objected to was the mandated Established care visit I was required to make which wasn't fully explained to me on my many phone calls or by my insurance company when I talked to them. When I called them on it I was ghosted. As far as my established care visit the questions I was asked because of my age were humiliating, dehumanizing, and intrusive. I've never had to do anything like this before and I won't do it again. I don't see a doctor all that often being I have no chronic illnesses or conditions. I don't do preventative care and only come in when need be. I've come to the conclusion I'm not the "cash cow" they are looking for. And you wonder why people don't trust or like the medical profession in general.
Soft skills are way more than being a "nice guy" whatever that means.
There seems to be a misconception that all Medicare Advantage plans are HMOs. Many of them are HMOs, but PPOs are popular as well.
It's not that people don't want to give their animals two or $300 shots most people can't afford that. The same reason why a lot of people can't take their animals to the vet when they see problems that arent life-threatening. If they made vet care more affordable for people or more vets did things like payment plans then we would be able to help our animals. But most vet visits will run you $30 or more to even get a consultation if you can't find some kind of pet insurance that they accept. And a lot of places don't even accept pet insurance at all. They expect people to fork out hundreds of dollars out of pocket or they have to watch their pet slowly die.
Thanks
It's not practical to wait until you have an appointment because it can take several months to get your appointment. Inadvertently, by accident, your saying that it can take a year or more to find a doctor. I'm currently looking for doctor#3.. I don't appreciate being gaslit and it's pretty much the rule instead of the exception
So helpful, thank you for this exhaustive explanation. So necessary! 🙌
This is a great detailed video that helped me greatly. However I will be paying out of pocket. I haven't had medical insurance in nearly 15 years.
It's not a pause when you have completed your statement 😂.
I would have liked to hear a specific deep dive into one of Preston's companies or business transaction to understand how Preston is successful. When you ramble on at such a general and theoretical level, without providing details, you are not credible.
Awesome
Thank you
Why not just tax everyone and have that pay dentists doctors so everyone can go to a dentist with out out of pocket fees so everyone can be healthy And happy? I'm no rain man but....

No you imbecille, it means that Health is more important or equally important as wealth you brainwashed numbnut
The industry has become less accurate, more automated, far less personal, and more like a kiosk or Google search. This leads to very long times for referrals, dropped referrals, more ER/ED visits, lack of knowledge about what insurance covers for medications & durable medical equipment, lack of not only personal care, but also medical mistakes. A doctor's action and my trust that he had knowledge of me nearly killed me about a month ago, and it isn't the first time. Trust in the medical system for many is just about gone. For some, it is gone. So many people tell me that they are "on their own" and that they no longer have faith in healthcare, which is sad. For so many in medicine, it's just become another job, they get lazy, and they have no connection to their patients and no loyalties, either. I've seen this in doctors, PAs, nurses, and others in healthcare. Some absolutely DO care and are knowledgeable, yet they are far fewer and far fewer between. As a former healthcare provider, I've seen this from both sides. I hope our healthcare system is redeemed, but the push on HMOs, again, is going to lead to more dissatisfaction, poor care, and, again, sadly more death & disability, again. We've done this before, about 15 years ago and again, about 45 years ago. I know a gentleman who was denied care and, as a result, became permanently blind as a result of an insurance denial. I saw people die as a result of politics in medicine and as a result of misdiagnosis and insurance denials. Some families could go elsewhere and pay cash for care, most cannot. Our healthcare system needs an overhaul. Having records on incompatible EMR systems has made continuity of care far more difficult. The 80-20 care-administrative fee law simply increased healthcare costs, as that is the only way those in the insustry could meet the 80-20% split. A broken arm with a surgery for repairs can cost a person $250,000. I know mine did. The laws need to be reviewed and changed. Having insurance companies & pharmaceutical company personnel driving education in medical schools is destroying the integrity of medicine. We may as well go to a kiosk, type in or tell a computer our symptoms, have a robotic arm draw blood, have a bathroom there for leaving an appropriate sample, and let the AI program regurgitate and print out a diagnosis like bubblegum from a bubblegum machine. Sadly, many ERs have become like this. Patients are given impersonal sheets of paper with pre-drawn up forms, much of which has nothing to do with why the patient came in. We need to do better, or medicine as we know it will be lost. Many have already walked away and have said, "We are on our own." They are no longer using healthcare services, and some I have heard saying the industry is "killing people", that doctors today are by and large "glorified drug dealers, and so on. I know I thought this was just hyperbole, until another error due to inattention to detail nearly killed me a few weeks ago. Now, I wonder. Scary stuff! I hope AI is removed from the equation, as well. For now, healthcare standards of care are the worst I have seen in over 50 years. I hope our Standards of Care, our drug approval system, and so much more is cleaned up. We have some good doctors up and coming, but others who are not. This needs to be addressed, or the fatality rates will certainly increase. Healthcare professionals need to not ignore routine things patients say to them, as every patient is different, and ignoring those things leads to pain, missed drug interactions, drugs which shouldn't be given to patients, and even some drugs that literally should be Black Boxed with warnings, or removed from the market, such as Tamiflu. Pharmaceutical companies demonizing other's medications for a bigger market share, such as Synthroid vs. Armour Thyroid in the late 1970s STILL has doctors repeating the same rubbish from 50 years ago, only testing TSH levels, etc., which is simply inadequate to monitor a thyroid patient. Outlawing certain procedures for profits, despite successful clinical trials, with rumours, needs to stop, too. We had Parkinson's beat in the late 1980s, yet some were making too much money on anti-Parkinson's drugs, and literally outlawed the proceedure, saying that the stem cells used were "aborted fetal tissue", which wasn't true. I pray things get better. I know a few young people who have wanted to go into medicine for careers, and follow in family footsteps, and yet they have cited many of these same issues as why they have decidee to do something else. They don't want to go to school to have people telling them why they can not provide their patients with good care and compassion. Remember... First do no harm!
That's the def of words of wisdowm
Oh piss off with that shit
My doctor it's 3 mo wait which is too long
😮 not good
Interesting guidance that I never heard before in sales to keep talking during the close of a sale. The guidance aligns with the ABC concept of always be closing but it goes against strategy of listening to the customers needs and objections rather than speaking. It is important for the customer to have full information on the product but you can not address their concerns if you are always speaking. Period of silence with good questions being asks, forces the customer to speak.
Great insight! Thank you for watching this episode of Crash CEO School!
During your regular employee reviews you should not be afraid to ask employees who has offered you the most and best support in your work. A collaborative employee should have the attributes of being a great listener, asking high value questions, showing empathy for the success of their colleagues, being trusted by all, has clear examples of inclusivity, and is willing to mentor/train.
Great video. The willingness for an employee to collaborate with his colleagues and be inclusive can usually be determined at the interview stage. Asking behavior questions, such as tell me a time when you were not receiving the support from a member on your team to complete a project on time with important deliverables. A solid answer should be in STAR format of describing situation (S), describing the task/project (T), describing the action (A) you took to resolve the issue and what was the final result (R).
Looks like what I’m seeing Lao Tzu 500 BC made this statement . Please correct me if I’m incorrect, thank you
keep feeding victim mentality in order to profit....
Is he dead?
You cant put money away unless you have an more than you need to begin with. Dumbass. This dud e might as well be brain dead. Stupid as fduck.
Great video. If your company is known as the subject matter expert, you will get customers through word of mouth and keep existing customers who are not price sensitive. Brian Chesky the founder of Airbnb, said the best advice he ever received was it is better to have 100 people who love you rather than a million people that sort of like you, so if you can find 100 people that love your product -- as long as there are more people like them in the world -- then you have an idea that I believe will spread around the world. But if you can't get 100 people who absolutely love your product, then you do have a problem. So the way to have people love your product is to understand your customers through asking clarifying questions and absolutely be the subject matter expert.
T.E. was evil.
What a useful short! Great leadership shown
You clearly clerified what is a HMO v PPO and now I wish I would have gotten a PPO because hmo takes all the freedom of choices from you but I enjoyed your talk but next time get to the point and stop repeating your self I really don’t like that
Shame on you. Go and see your HMO psychiatrist. Why are you rude to someone who just volunteered to give information.
“Jack” of all trades is different than a master of many.
We don’t deserve Elon
Back Then T.J. Luck ... Now Think Smarter And Less Physical Works. Lucky Is A Mist Today. 😊
Luck doesn’t exist, it’s an illusion:)
dude looks like a Jeff Goldblum from wish
Luck by definition is a result based on chance rather than one’s own actions. This isn’t to say that hard work doesn’t help in life, it’s just means that it can’t affect your luck by definition. If opportunities are opened to you because of hard work, then you created those opportunities and not luck
