I really do hope they add a first person mode to the driving, it made driving at night feel so much more dangerous in The Following, even if they aren’t meant to be the most useful thing it would still be cool. Surprised that they focused on third person for it, but again, an added option would be great. Either way I’m definitely looking forward to this, although I am wondering if nighttime will give us a constant sense of danger like the DL1. When they say it’ll be scarier I want that to be true. Still plenty to be seen at least

I don't know why they didn't reach out to TJ. I liked him in DR1, and he did such a great job portraying an older Frank in DR2 OTR that it made me seriously appreciate him as a voice actor. They should've at least asked if he wanted to do it, I think he would've done something great with the material after having 18 years to develop more experience in the voice acting field since the release of the first game.

The only problem I have is how Frank looks, His hair is going grey and his face is that of a man in his mid-late 40's. In the original game I think he's about 36, probably the perfect age for his character, old enough to have experience in the journalist field but still young enough to put in all the legwork we see him doing in the game. It just opens the door for confusion on what his age is supposed to be. Is he still supposed to be 36 in the remake? Then why does he look so old? Is he actually, like, 48? Then how does he run around the mall doing wrestling moves all day and fighting zombies? it just seems like a confusing thing to get so wrong, does nobody at Capcom know what a guy in his mid 30's looks like?

Hopefully with bringing Crane back in, they take more notes from night in DL1, because even when compared to the Good Night update, there’s big differences that really set the two apart

They could make a dying light 2 DLC just by making a shorter stand-alone game like they are doing with "The Beast" we already know that "The Beast" will look pretty much like dying light 2 maybe slightly better art style but same engine

Probably a remake. The game itself is awesome, but I would like to see the map expanded, no loading screens in between the districts, and a bigger variety of Parkour moves, combat moves, and weapons

When Techland says that people considered "too scary", I feel like they leave out that there wasn't much incentive to actually go out at night either, you only got double xp, which was only useful for so long before no longer being necessary.

I think that the vehicle custumization from the following wont be in the beast since the vehicles arent the main focus and beacuse you dont get your personal vehicle. It made sense in The following since that was the whole progression of the DLC while we will probably have the new infected abilites as progression.

You know what would be cool? If instead of a grappling hook, crane uses zombies tentacles to move like the night hunter, almost like im BTz, but consuming stamina so crane can't move forever like the hunter.

Hopefully dead island 3 will be better and add the human enemies because it’s Fun getting attacked or shot at that what makes the games fun but they kinda ruined dead island 2 I better see human enemies in dead island 3
