@@MariachiClothingCompany it all make sense, the maker of the Acoustic Guitar just literally mashing up from Guitarron and the electric Bass mixing them together. You got the same low 4 strings (Inspired by guitarron), Four pegs (Inspired by the Electric bass), The Frets and body we're inspired by acoustic guitar and the Electric bass.

Personally I’m Not a fan of wide straps because I have huge muscle knots on my trapezius but I’m going to try and make a thin one from suede. Thank you for the recommendation!

It’s really a matter of taste but for price/quality I always use Guadalupe. For best sound and availability I always use valenciana, for best sound but limited durability I use diamante

Hola amigo! Desafortunadamente, y digo desafortunadamente ya que el mariachi es cultura de Mexico que es mi pais natal, hay mas mariachis en EEUU que en Mexico. Desafortunadamente se fomenta mas la cultura musical de Mexico en EEUU que en nuestro propio pais. Para darle un ejemplo, en el condado de Clark County, en el estado de Nevada, hay mas de 6,000 estudiantes aprendiendo mariachi en los niveles de secundaria y preparatoria. Eso es solo un estado! En Texas hay decenas de miles de estudiantes de mariachi desde la primaria hasta la Universidad. Tristemente ese apoyo no existe en nuestro Mexico natal por cosas de politica y presupuestos educativos. Estos recursos los hago para todos los estudiantes que no tienen acceso a maestros que les enseñen de manera correcta y para las personas que quieren aprender de nuestra cultura pero no tienen ese acceso. En este caso esa necesidad es en el idioma ingles. Aunque sepa que tambien estoy trabajando para ayudar a que esos recursos educativos (acceso a la educacion musical gratuita en Mexico) tambien esten disponibles. Hace dos años comence patrocinando la primera conferencia infantil de mariachi en Ciudad Guzman. Nuestra meta es desarollar un sistema donde los estudiantes tengan acceso a maestros, instrumentos y libros gratuitos para fomentar la cultura de marichi. Como usted se imaginara, eso toma mucho mucho tiempo y muchos recursos. Para eso necesitamos vender mucho y para vender mucho necesitamos clientela la cual necesita de aprender musica y a amar nuestra cultura para invertir en ella. Donde esta esta clientela? En EEUU. @@MariachiClothingCompany Pues algo, solo me parece extraño que diga que hay más interés en Estados Unidos sobre el mariachi que en México, pero por el resto lo entiendo perfectamente, y además no me parece mal que haga videos de mariachi en inglés, tan solo sería bueno que los hiciera en ambos idiomas, para las personas de México, y bueno otros países interesados en el mariachi que hablen español, personalmente hablo inglés y es por eso que sigo este canal, de no ser así pues no me habría suscrito, solo hago el comentario no porque me prive de ese contenido, si no porque los que no sepan inglés y estén interesados en el mariachi no podrán acceder, ya que pues si se habrá dado cuenta su canal es el único canal que hay sobre el tema, y pues me parece un poco irónico que hablantes nativos de español, no expliquen su conocimiento a las personas de donde es originario el mariachi, pero eso es todo

De hecho si me gustaria hacer contenido en español o al menos poder poner subtitulos en español pero como toma mucho tiempo y dinero el proceso de los video no he podido hacerlo. Y de lo que menciona que hay mas interes sobre el mariachi en EEUU comparado con Mexico, en efecto es la realidad. Hablando meramente de numeros, calculo que en EEUU habra minimo unos 50-80,000 estudiantes de la musica de mariachi en todos los niveles educativos. Desde primaria hasta universidad (siendo esta cifrea muy conservativa de mi parte). Añadido a eso todos los mariachis que tocan la musica profesionalmente yo creo que si hay mas interes sobre la musica y su crecimiento que en Mexico. Pero esto es meramente por falta de acceso a la musica y espero poder hacer un video al respecto muy muy pronto.

Thats why I had to stop playing it after 2 decades. I never had a teacher teach me the correct technique and developed muscle knots. The I show in the video is actually very comfortable and doesn't hurt at all but I'm too tired from playing it for so long. Do you play the bass?
