Got the rb cause of low compression and found the exhaust cam snapped by the last three cylinders , debating if I should just rebuil or swap cams and send it.!!

Yo, use a SHARPIE for the bolts on your wind screen temporarily. Spray paint it when you get back home. Peace

I have done the same with the Dunlop kit from UK, rides great, no regrets, much smoother than air suspension by the way. And if you want to move forward you can install incredible shocks and springs and make the car ride even better, much sportier and at the same time soft. Congrats with the right choice!!

The engine has always sounded like it has a bit of a misfire, especially at idle. Check the temperature of the headers if you have an infrared thermometer or thermal camera. Many of the older carburettor bike engines do not run well without the airbox, though they usually idle ok.

This is awesome!! Completely under built, so be easy on it but perfect for incrementally improving on the idea. We had a similar strategy with our smart project. Good stuff!

Hey op Since there’s 2 mufflers on the van which one did you delete? I’m on the fence about doing mine and I just want turbo noises without the being to loud 😊

For those saying don’t do this, they haven’t experienced the real problems yet!

I own a 2008 Discovery 3 SE V8 with air suspension and terrain response. I have to say I wouldn't never remove the air suspension because it takes away from the Rover. I have 100K + on her and still going. My opinion, of course, enjoy your RRS! Cheers 🍻 🇺🇸
