Some expanding foam and plastic sheet make a formed tub around the chassis 🤷🏻‍♂️

A virtually new (very slightly used) Range Rover could easily have been purchased from the Northern areas of Pakistan for around £ 6000 to £ 7000. The step ladder chassis of your decrepit Range Rover would have remained the same whilst the new body and all parts including tyres (everything except the original chassis) could have been replaced within 2 days.

I did the same thing except I am not an idiot so I built a wood tank that was shaped like the frame and lined it with plastic instead of having to fill a pool it only took 20 gallons.
