Some venues have a strict remain seating and no dancing/obstructing policy. It's unfortunate, but the lyrics say it all. Some of the most profound and well written lyrics ever!

I have all the records when they came out but this is really Green with an absolute shitload of backing tracks. I have done gigs like this as a drummer where I played a simple pattern with zero effort and made me sound huge. Easy money if you can milk it.

Great performance. I really like Rhodri's keyboard recreations. In Love to Fall he plays all the twiddly little bits live. Green still has it but I'm a bit worried by the shoulder and neck tensing going on, it could be a sign of needing to tune things down a bit.
Beautiful on every level. Green’s voice is so pure. Cupid & Psyche was a seminal album.

I was at the Gateshead gig, I think we just wanted to savour every second of things, I'd waited nearly 40 years and just couldn't believe my luck hence I wasn't budging from my seat!
For me, Scritti Politti are the sound of the 80s. Still sound great to this day
they were fantastic and Green still is !

Just saw them at Brighton.. Excellent!, Green's vocals are superb.. I still feel they have so much to offer..., beautifully crafted songs..., wish they had played TinsleTown...
There really is nothing quite like that voice accompanied by that sound. Sweeter than honey and as uplifting as a summer breeze. Love it!

So glad I was there. Spine chingling indeed & yes, more than quite emotional. I can only compare it to seeing Bowie at the Milton Keynes Bowl back in the 80's for impact. What a band & I feel privileged to have been lucky enough to have enjoyed the ride with them right from the beginning. All I know is there were thousands of happy people there, just like me!! Descending the stairs from the top floor to the ground floor everyone broke in to a loud chorus of 'Say Hello' which was one of those magic moments I'll absolutely never forget. Thanks so much to Marc & Dave for all the most utterly, amazing 40 years of music, for kicking boundaries in their faces & for giving us such a beautiful ending to the touring days. End of gigs, yes maybe, but no way is it the end of Soft Cell.
