i used to get dissapointed cuz of the s4 animation but now its been 5 yrs alrdy just give us the s5 alrdy lol all that year really changed on our perspective lots of anime different animation really made us used to these type of animation art back in 2018 they said s5 woud be at 2020 then 2022 now its 2023 not even s5 been anounced its ltrlly they just forgot the whole existence of s5 possiblity s5 would prbbly happen after seven years at 2025
I’m still a bit 😔 that my boi Sairaorg didn’t win the fight against Issei because I think it would have been a better end to the arc. So Issei could grow more the next arc but that’s just what I think but I still think the fight was amazing. 💪🏽
I get they were going for a more matching style to the manga; but damn I wish they didn’t do this animation style and kept what they had for the first three seasons.
The Cardinal Crimson Promotion by itself? Awesome, Issei? Ehhh... The new animation? I honestly am starting to confuse with it a high quality hentai rather than an anime. Hopefully whenever the new season comes out they'll revert to old style, or at least improve it to be less... Hentai. Juggernaut Drive(Original One) continues to be the peak of this series in terms of quality.
Somehow this fight was one of my favorites. Highschool DXD was the first "real anime" i watched, excluding dragon ball and naruto, it was the first anime i watched being fully aware of what anime was, and looking back at it... it was shit compared to other stories but still holds a nice spot in my heart, coming back to it after years and watching this fight, i really liked it, nothing fancy about it, just two men with superpowers beating the absolute shit out of each other, giving in to their primordial male instinct to compete in a battle.
