I'm so sorry! I wish I could say something of comfort, but I can't even imagine such tragedy, and I don't know what to say. I pray God will lift you up and somehow bring good from this horrible thing that has happened - by using you to do whatever it is that He has in store for you. I didn't know about the fentanyl crisis, till about 2 months ago, and it is so sad and horrible! It is something my husband and I began to pray about, and asked God for guidance on what He would have us to do, to best combat the sad situation that is increasing among many, and likely near to most who may not know. May God comfort you and keep you, and show you what He has for you to do. You are alive for a reason, and He loves you. "The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit." ‭Psalms 34:18

I'm really sorry about your grandson! It's okay to cry. Mourning is very important. I pray God will continue to help you to go on - He knows, He cares. Have you heard of Elisabeth Elliot? Her and her husband went as missionaries to Ecuador to a people who knew nothing about God. Anyway, the men killed her husband and other men, and what God taught her through her suffering is very precious.
