The most annoying thing about the Xperia is that it's not available as local purchase in Australia. And the price is extreme. Sony really should try a big push to mainstream their phones, with market availability and some models that are a step below the top end but have a far more reasonable cost. And improve their long term support. A waterproof phone with a SD card and a great camera is a good niche if it was not so "exclusive." It would make a great alternative to Samsung now that they have stopped using SD cards on all but their base models.

DJI Mic lasts for 15 hours - this attachment is NOT NEEDED. I have never ran out of battery - who films for 15 hours? When done filming I always store mics and receiver in the storage box which automatically recharges everything so no need for an attachment that charges while attached to your camera
