I bought one of these.. set it but didnt' feel anything as if i was supposed to push a button to make it start sending the electrical signals. even put the strength to the max. Nothing.. what's the secret to make this thing start stimulating? does it start automatically?

This worked- my gel pads for my omron total power + heat unit only lasted 1 session but the damp cloth and brushing made them stickier. Temporary fix, thanks!

The ones I buy from Amazon are so gooey-sticky even when new i can't imagine using a tooth brush on them (?). They also look different from these, even brand new ones, my machine is a few years old but the pads are the same (gray, round, not black square as in the video) so yeah, confused.

You say to keep them moist but then you say to put them in a cool place for 24 hours to dry out, which one is it? Could you show a longer version for us that are new to this? Like the spray you put on it or cleaning each step like we are watching someone do it in person teaching us?
