how to safely send documents with information

@charmhealth Can you please explain more about setting the default values for a template--I can't find it in the support section. What does this mean--is it essentially a more basic version of the template and I can choose to add in pre-made template sections as I go during an encounter if I want to?

I’m trying to stop drinking but this process is so frustrating, all I want to do is drink!! No charm verification code sent, every time I get an empty email from them, so how can I verify portal sign.up...

I can't cerify sign-up because the Charm OTP verification password is sent in an EMPTY email every time....

I have to say that I have searched your entire website, and online forums and the concept of "encounters" is very obscure. I wish that your company would be more clear about what an encounter means so that we can anticipate our monthly charges. If it means patient appointment, then you should change your teminology to state "patient appointment". If encounter means, every single thing you do inside of your dashboard.. that means that if you do 10 things inside of a patient profile, you could pay several dollars per patient per day. This is one reason I didn't try our service out and now I am re visiting your software but PLEASE tell people more specifically what an encounter means because there is a charge every time you do something in your software..as I interpret this to mean.

I'm having the same issue as New Normac. I type in the OTP code, but I receive a message "Session timed out'. Then I have to start from scratch. I've tried 6 times. No more.

This missed an entire verification step, been trying to help an elder for hours now. Keeps saying session timed out, even when verification password entered correctly and quickly. Don’t feel it need to have bugs still in the software this many years down the line. I think that it should be working with ease on all platforms and devices. @CharmHealth feel free to reach out if you’d appreciate further details and recommendations ~Smile oN

How do you make the templates multiple columns? I am using the multi choice option, but it is putting them single file which takes forever to scroll or printed versions take too much paper. Not intuitive at all to use.

How do you delete a member from a user account? We're running into an issue where one member of our practice has a duplicate entry for themselves on their account. I.E. when they log in, they see two members, one of which is the correct account, the other is a duplicate. Thoughts?

It tells me to check my email for a verification. But it never sends that verification. My ADHD is going to forget all about this AGAIN if this registration doesn’t come in.
