    I've been in sales longer than most of on the stage. Overall fantastic job! I love the way you name your playes. I think the one thing that could have helped overall you guys / lady started mentioning it at the end, as you progress you have to talk about outcomes and timelines other people got with implementations of your offerings. For example XYZ company very similar to your company 90 days after implementation they had another $50,000 worth of pipeline coming in. In 180 days it was up to 95,000 a month. Of course you've given them a handcrafted testimonial letter that states exactly that from an executive of that company. That helps keep things on track. Another thing I would recommend if you're going to be if you're going to be buyer centric so does your language. Your clothes on a house not a new profitable customer. I like the word convert to a new profile customer that you're going to help succeed not close them, close another deal. If we say we're by our Centric we have to talk customer Centric before and after their customer customer. And just think about it if you're trying to HubSpot an executive is listening to this here's you talking in Byer Centric and customer-centric language they're going to like your company even more versus someone that's very salesy. Again great job overall! 🎉🎉🎉

    Ooh! I like this. What he's created is a common language. When you get reps speaking *and thinking* about the stages of a sale methodically, and they are able to speak about their deals intuitively, it really drives velocity to close and a positive customer experience.

    This podcast hit home for me, especially caring at scale. As a leader and IC, that thought switch is so important. It makes any role go from carrying a lot of weight on your shoulders personally to rolling the ball up the hill as a team. Once you get them carrying that weight, you can really start gaining momentum. Nice job!

    This podcast is a masterclass in all things GTM and revenue. As someone who sells to the CMO and CRO personas, this allows me to speak to them at their level. It's made it clear that my language, in email and on calls, has been way to low level. You get delegated to who you sound like, right? This helps me talk the talk.
