This competition is broken down into segments/days with different types of events/focus. Knight (per multiple services) was top 3-4 regardless of the day for most of the competition, and once he “figured it out”, he “put on a show”. Unlike these other QB’s, Knight is JUST now getting private qb specific coaching. He’s a multi sport athlete who has the “highest upside”. There were some great performances by St.Claire and Russell but by all accounts Knight went throw for throw!

I watched it and I thought Deuce night was the best quarterback out there. On 3 Did also. But of course they got to give it to the Alabama recruit. Who I didn't think looked near as good as deuce. But I guess it's opinions. Longest 247 says it must be true right😂 The Ohio State kid looks really good too. I thought he could have been alpha dog 2. But I think Night was a little better

Alpha Dog or not he is a HUGE step up for ND if they can keep him locked in. ND had upped its QB recruiting by a lot.

Keelon Russell was somewhat underrated coming into this camp. That dude has looked amazing and is gonna wreak havoc on opposing defenses in a DeBoer offense.

What a ridiculous subject to be talking about. Why in the world would anyone be talking about a coach getting fired. He has ND in the best position they have been in years. There is a lot to be excited about. Everyone in the world has a damn podcast these days.

Notre Dame is recruiting WAAAYYYYYY better than Michigan in this era. I think you guys rely a little too much on the rankings of the recruiting services.. they consistently drop 5 star players who commit to ND as well as consistently bumping UGA, Bama and OSU commits-not to say that those 3 programs don't recruit elite talent because they certainly do. The guy that started, managed and then sold 3 of the 4 major services is a Tennessee guy and a major SEC homer and OSU is OSU.. I think some guhs get bumps at positions outside of QB, CB, safety and especially WR simply because of name recognition and assuming that if the Buckeyes staff wants them, they're elite. ND 5 stars that have been dropped, inexplicably in most cases-CJ Carr, Can Williams, Drayk Bowen, Brennan Vernon(because he had wrapped up his recruitment and didn't attend a 247 camp), Kyngstonn Villamu-Asa(was a 5 star on Rivals but not on 247, ON3 or the always-dreadful ESPN rankings and despite dominating at the UA All-American game), Brauntae Johnson(perhaps deserved, as he's pretty raw and especially at safety, where he'll play at ND), Tyler Buchner(definitely deserved, especially if they factored in him changing his throwing motion during the Covid lockdown-his would-be senior season), Chris Tyree and Jordan Johnson.. Watch the guys that ND missed on in this 25' cycle all become 5 stars at OSU,(Shanklin and likely Talyn Taylor as well), Bama/UGA(Meadows) and Noah Mikhail(Oregon/SC). I guarantee it. 💯👍🏽

Freeman gets 5 years at the 8-4/10-2 range, guaranteed. A disastrous year at 7-5, 6-6 or worse would force Bevacqua and the new president to reevaluate some things but I don't see that happening with the roster and staff MF has put together, it's the best ND has had since the Holtz era, to be sure. This upcoming season is huge, the pressure is really on to make an expanded playoff field. With Denbrock in the fold now, no excuses left-however legitimate the excuse of having the inexperienced Parker as OC last season may be.. lol. Personally, my expectations are through the roof. I really feel as if the defense is top 5-10 in the nation, at worst, and Denbrock is just the guy to take this offense to the next level with all of the young, elite pieces in place. Time will tell but my opinion is that the 24' Irish have no real weakness like in year's past. The young LB corps will have to grow up in a hurry on defense and also whoever starts at either tackle position will have some big sboes to fill but all 3 candidates are very talented, former top 50 overall recruits in Jagusah, Tosh Baker and Aamil Wagner. Rudolph should be able to get enough from that trio and who knows who emerges from the other young players at the position like 5 star Guerby Lambert and the underrated/high-upside Styles Prescod. The only other presumed weakness is the WR room and I feel that thise guys are better than given credit for. I expect a healthy Greathouse to break out this season, I expect Faison to contribute some big plays, hopefully in big moments, from the slot and I expect Kris Mitchell to become a competent deep threat for whoever may be playing at QB(a position the Irish are seemingly 4-deep at for the 1st time since the last century). With more of Freeman's recruits playing more reos at more and different positions, the talent question should be answered emphatically this season. Time will certainly tell the tale . minchey and a healthy leonard are the only 2 of the 4 that can WIN a final 4 playoff game against a bama, georgia, mich, osu, the ability to make a play when things aren't drawn up the way the play is supposed to go, and in those games, even your best players are going to lose some 1 on 1 battles, people who have attended the practices(WHICH I HAVEN'T) say that minchey is the only 1 of the 3 that can make that special/next level throw, now his consistency is an issue in practice, the every down play is still an issue with him, but you need a difference maker at that position with all that talent on both sides of the ball, but sometimes a qb has to make 5 to 15 plays that can WIN A GAME in that environment....and another thing, the people i trust who have been to the practices, say consistently that he has by far the BEST ARM(not from an accuracy standpoint, but from the ability to make throws that the other 2 and even riley can't)

haven't watched the video yet, but what was the "HUGE" problem, the fact that the depth was so much better than any other season in the last 20 years and no concern over that oline play, they were mismatching groups and there isn't another program in the country(including sec elite) that wouldn't trade their room for the talent that the room HAS

ND has 4 QB, who is RL? Is RL another SH(Hartman)? ND never develops a QB, why? Biggest concern is the offensive to work as UNIT! Texas A&M have their own problems. Last year OC was a fluke with a QB overhyped. RL will start, if he get medical approval.
