Problem the easy reach alternate version doesn't sound as good coz the open strings in the arpeggios of the song is too open that's probably why the original guitarist didn't play it that way coz it meant to be palm muted also on an electric guitar why he didn't use any open string notes also it's good coz this song helps a guitarist have more reach with their fingers which is good soloing and doing some pretty cool augmented chords also be surprised what you can achieve the more you practice
