You're spanish is incredible. I just came back from the Salta/Jujuy region (I'm an Aussie who lives in New Zealand). I just married my wife in from Buenos Aires. She is from there. I have two goals in life: to speak fluent Argentine Spanish and to be able to cook Argentine cuisine. I definitely found a big variety of quality of empanadas. The stand out best was in a bodegon in Monte Grande. The juiciness was the key. We went to Cafayate but I think I had goat stew for lunch and empanadas as an entre. I don't believe they were a stand out at the place I went to. The stew was very nice though.

So sincere and enlightening conversation đ· in two days we will be in Switzerland so could we have a chance to taste Completer đ
I tried 2 Bonardas this last year. One was the Colonia wine - which I thought to be fresh, but with a lot of alcohol coming out - and the other was from El Enemigo, which brought a lot of oak to me. How does this Nieto compare?
Very informative! I also look for spice & structure so I'll make sure to check out the Carnuntum in future. đ
Was looking for Dogliani but near me the only available was RĂ©va Dolcetto d'Alba 2022 - picked up this morning and may try it tonight - Thank you this video!
I just found this wine at Costco of all places. Delightful rustic wine. I'll buy more.
I wonder if I could use this vĂdeo on my website, we are importing Pepes wines
you got an instagram for your brand?
But Bordeaux is 45 degrees north so it is not surprising that grapes can grow there. Duh.
C Otago is 45 degrees South. Thatâs my point.
Toknar 2011 uno de los mejores vinos que tomĂ© en la vida (con 10 años post cosecha). Y el parcela 7 un regalĂłn de la familia đ

There was so much to learn from this man.
They seem to have thought that the visual background was more important than acoustics with unsophisticated audio gear. They were wrong.

Really interesting, thank you.
They forgot to mention the culture of slavery in the region that supported these businesses for decades, including for Aurora and Salton wineries.
This comment is a complete lie. There was NO slavery labour in the Italian settlement regions. Niente! Much less about Aurora, a Cooperative founded DECADES after slavery was abolished in the country.
@@luliluli1471 Actually the Brazilian wineries Aurora, Garibaldi, and Salton faced accusations of using slave labor by authorities like the Federal Police and local Labor Ministries. After freeing 200 workers from these conditions, a legal agreement was even signed. This agreement obligates the wineries to pay R$7 million in compensation, with R$5 million designated for collective moral damages and R$2 million for individual damages, to be divided among the rescued workers. If you believe this isn't not factual, I suggest you to talk to the police who freed the slaves, or to your winery daddy who pays your bills instead.
@@januarioferiado Whatever the reason for such an outcome still here doesn't seem to be adequate forum for any related debate. Clearly, your intention is not to talk about the greatness of our wineries and it's hard working people, including the founders and their present grand children, but rather pedal your leftist rhetoric.
@@luliluli1471 Using people as slaves isn't what makes great wine, neither inheriting money coming from decades of exploitation is what makes a neoliberal an ethical capitalist. And yes, the forum is perfect. Welcome to reply so you can be debunked once again.
New country? American ignorance at it's best !

Swiss one of the max wine consumers take approx 250 million liters of wine annually though their own production is just about 100 million liters.
Not a problem when the neighbours are Italy and France.
Document for the ages!!!

Tunisia is cool đđ
Thanks Amanda and Hugh
Beautiful video and I m so happy that you visited Tunisia đčđł you are always welcome
These are reliably very good, honest wines. This is not a small achievement in the Americas - or anywhere else among the most productive and worthwhile wine-growing regions, but especially in the Americas, for many reasons. The producer seems like a lovely fellow, in spite of the lurid red walls in the room.
Pais from Maule outstanding
Once again, I apologize because I am Tunisian. Like this small documentary film, and the meaning of it is greatđ
Traveled there 6-7 years ago, the wines are amazing. Need to go back.
Tunisia has 4000+ of history and civilizations and consumption of wine has nothing to do with what is called Islamic revolution. It is irritating, to wipe out everything, just to publicize a revolution full made up by some type of lobbying.
