Electric bikes have surged in popularity, and so have the number of models. We play matchmaker every day, helping customers figure out what they actually need and direct them to their best fit. The best part of our job is watching people light up after their first e-bike experience. We've also made long-distance purchases a comfortable process by being readily available to out of state customers. All bikes are tested and tuned before shipping and require only minimal assembly. We are also committed to continuing to take care of our customers long after their purchase.

Something I now see on cars I had on K2 mountain bikes 20+ years ago and seems to have disappeared. K2/Noleen Smart Shocks that used a 9 volt battery and a simple control mech to change the stiffness of a shock. It was using then I believe a magnetised oil. By running an electric curent through it, it changed the thickness of the oil by changing the magnetic particles suspended in the oil. These days I can imagine with modern sensor technology and an "AI" (machine learning) algorithm, similar DJI gimbles, the shock could be real time responsive to the enviroment giving a constantly flat on pavement experience no matter how out of shape the actual road is.
Affordable accesories: helmets with incorporated lights and backpacks
As a general rule of youtube videos, Don't say you're going to give us 6 tips and only give 1. I think we had the expectation of more tips. Maybe before you give advice online, you should follow your baseline of rules, no?
Lousy helmet makers 😂 They should sell thinner deisgner helmets for these comuters, but I v not Seen any yet,,,,,,or is it the law ?
This is a really great video! Thanks
Re the height of the rider , I bought a Eunorau cargo bike (kids are behind me on the pannier ) and I am 5’8” and the seat is as low as it goes and I’m still on tip top! So that’s great urban arrow is an option for short people
.-
The woman's bike is too big for her, she'll injure her shoulders in the long run with this one
Not him calling her petite
This is a great video,
Never go full integrated battery! 😂 The battery is one of the first parts to stop working. No amount of extra battery will replace that wasted space. And an dead battery still weights the same.
Did they have a helmet on when they smacked the sign? A high quality video would start with everyone wearing a helmet.
Helmets as protective gear for basic urban transport cycling is a sign of total design failure. See also the new book Killed by a Traffic Engineer. Civilized truly free countries provide the freedom to move without a helmet - or being enslaved to a private auto.
Hipster crap.
Only person to not qualify as a hipster for you must be those folks who drive lifted dodge ram to drive half a mile to Walmart. Are you?
Imagine getting this offended at a video of bikes 🤡
So getting to your destination faster is only for hipsters?
If I fell and broke my screen on a trip, will I be able to somehow turn on the bike and get home with the assist?

The most annoying speech pattern on CZcams. Can’t stand this kid.
I want that black UA hat to go with my black UA Family bike!!!
$12k for that bike? Are you insane? 🤦♂️😡 ridiculous
Savings outweigh the price in well less than 24 months!
There are less expensive options, buying used is also an option. Mine was only 4k (6 years ago), but we bought it on sale, and we bought it instead of buying a car. (No insurance, no gasoline, you can do most repairs yourself, etc). If you compare a cargo bike to a car, they seem more reasonably priced. If you're comparing it to a bicycle from WalMart, then it seems a lot more expensive. Although riding my bicycle IS fun, I didn't buy it just for fun, I bought it for taking my kid to school, buying groceries, and all the other things most folks do with a car.
@KellyS_77 mine was $1.5k and it has 52 volts 60amph baterry and 500 watts
@@pill5384 sounds like you got a good deal. 😀
Just lay off the fries
Sure kid first so dumb.
A motorbike, has nothing to do with cycling
Wrong! Enables hugely MORE cycling!!!
Wrong.. what about people with limitations???
@@jeffmcilroy7081 70yo, limited mobility handicapper with Hase Lepus. Wheelchair & forearm crutches. My Hase has E-assist. Pedaled for exercise!
It's pedal assist. If she doesn't pedal, the bike won't go. The motor helps her but it doesn't do the work for her. Carrying a kid or two (or more) on a pedal assist bike is still a lot of work.
@@KellyS_77 Yes, but keep in mind that there are likely 5-levels of assist! Two E-assist trikes here and they mean everything to me! One is pedal assist only, the other has a thumb throttle that can move this handicapper without pedaling.
Beautiful product! Beautiful video! WAKE UP, America!!!
$12k for that bike
@@lukewinder3630 Will pay for itself if a second car is eliminated! Well less than 2 years ownership, it is then free!
@@lukewinder3630 Less than 2 years will provide free and clear SAVINGS!
@@lukewinder3630 Free in LESS than 2 years of 2nd car ownership! BEST BY FAR of experiencing Family fun!!!!!! This, while parent gets exercise without additional, separate effort/s!!!
Amazing choice for a non-cyclist to start with well done that Mum!
the suntour ncx seatpost increased the reach distance too much , how about this one
Minneapolis is goated. its been a hike hotspot for decades. Sell your bike, be safer, save money, save the planet.
As a heavier rider, cargo bikes can deal with more weight; having a higher payload capacity. Benno is so far the best designer in combining several bike styles into one with also a high payload capacity as a Hybrid Cargo e-bike style.
I think 'pedal assist' are the only electric bikes that should exist! People who want a 'full throttle' bike should get a motorcycle instead. Throttle bikes should be outright banned here in the US, and anyone riding one should have it confiscated by the authorities and face charges.
Good luck with the fight of promotion, fighting comfort is hard. People need to want to put the effort in it ❤ love from the Netherlands
Just for context the Urban Arrow is larger then the Honda Goldwing, one of the largest motorcycles on sale today. THey are nice but my god it is a gigantic bike
Might as well just get a subcompact car. They're about the same size.
@@GNMi79 I live in the Netherlands and bike parking with the beast is quite a problem.
Hase products are better cargo trikes than ANY Tadpole trike! So, Hase offerings!
All the odd interesting and unusual bike the big magazines don't bother with.
20 years ago I was with my twin nieces who were about 7 at the time. We were on bikes but stopped and talking. One of them lost her balance and slowly toppled over backwards, tripped by her bike 1/2 way down. So she pivoted at the waist as she fell. Her butt hit first and then her torso seemingly acclerated THROUGH the fall and her head struck the pavement with a force I would not have believed possible in such a mild, slow motion fall. Her head was at the end of a motion "whip" and the force was amazing. There was 0 doubt that if she hadn't hit had her helmet on we would have been to ER in short order. Possibly worse. Was amazingly scary. Your pumpkin hits HARD when you smack it falling.
Is it still too soon for solid state batteries? 🔋 🤞
I will stick with hubmotor and swapable batteries.
I would like to see the Corratec bike section and the city bikes from there, I have a four year old bike so what's new and it would be great if there was a close-up video of the bikes. czcams.com/video/wHaVb4p8m6o/video.html
Have anything to do with you getting a fat discount for promoting the product? Lol.
Lighter weight e-bikes, simpler e-bikes eg single speed with carbon belt drive.
The frame looks like something Apple would design, reminds me of the earlier iphones... I was half-expecting it to come in rose gold! Not a bad thing, but definitely not my style, or inline with the more utilitarian look of the previous models.
Thank you
Different kinds of CARGO BIKES FRONT LOAD 😊 with BOSCH TECHNOLOGY. 👍🏻
Please, guys, think of the weight of your Bakfiets. It is as heavy as a motorcycle. Learn how to safely maneuver one. In Cologne (Germany), we have initiatives that offer driver trainings for cargo bike drivers. Idea for a business in NY? 😉 Don't get me wrong. Love those bikes, just be sure to drive them safely. Especially when having your kids upfront in the frunk.
Wow, that’s a very long bike. Not many cargo bikes are that long.
