The only thing that has ever broke on the UDR is the driveline, and I have taken it out to the dunes dozens of times. Sand is much softer than people think…But you must be rich if you’re thinking of getting a UDR.
Really appreciate this vid Best footage I’ve seen baselining the out-of-box suspension characteristics in a sanitary environment. Those wheel chocks are perfect sample material. My thoughts looking ahead to getting mine are focused on avoiding nose dives with thicker rear shock oil. I’ll likely put 100wt in two of the four rear shocks and see if that is too punitive on the rear axle tracking the terrain, which I plan mostly to be deep beach sand with footsteps in it. Those fresh powder power slides you did are awesome!! 👏👏
I think paddles on the front with regular tires on the rear would be interesting

They screwed you on the controller, on my Super Rey I got the S3 something controller. It tells you your battery 🔋 life on the controller.

Mine tore.. So use shrinking tubes to make it stronger in the front at least..or youll be soldering soon. Remember blue wire is up.
Just got back into the hobby again brought 6 new RCs in a week and the use was on of the what an amazing truck just brought mine today

Great video,Mine came with this kit but I wanna put a headlight and taillights where should I connect to it,I was thinking on the front low bean bar,I also add a side mirrors,To me cars without side mirrors looks so weird…..lol
Hello Hillbro RC, My name is Carlos Rojas, I tell you that I have an RC Traxxas Ford Raptor 1/10 scale 2wd slash, and I want to install that led light bar, in addition to installing the front and rear lights to my truck. Which ones can you recommend?, My RC truck has only 3Ch model 6519 KA1867-R01 receiver. Ch1 Ch1 Ch3 Ch3. If I buy the led bar and the front and rear lights through amazon, can I connect them to my receiver? , Or should I change my receiver and change the remote control.? , That traxxas unlimited kit can work for my RC?. Actually, the weight is quite realistic; 9.3 kg x 6 x 6 x 6 = equivalent of 2,000 kg (4,400 lbs) in full size. That is in fact what a full-sized rock bouncer would weight with a driver and spare tire (with beadlock wheel), without fuel. 😊

I love my ruckus
Is there any noticeable difference between the smaller tires on the roost and torment and the big ones on the ruckus? I cant decide which one of these 3 i want lol
I find the smaller tires are a lot more fun on the hard concrete floor. The big tires are better for more air control and rougher surfaces. My favorite combination is the roost car with the ruckus tires.
@@HillBroRC nice, I wonder if I can put the wheels/tires from the Ruckus onto my Torment, because that's the one I ended up buying lol. It seems like they might hit the body too much on jumps though. I already bought a cheap set of slick tires and rims for it on Amazon for the street because I noticed the stock tires already getting torn up a bit from sliding around on asphault.
