The old blade won't twist because it's so tight. How do I get it out and replace a new blade?

I completely unscrewed the collet from the pen thing and i literally cannot put it back in the way that it was it sticks out and wont go back inside. I have the mini xacto knife and there is no way to out it back in im so confused i dont know how to fix it

blade wont go in it look like the blade it too big for the knife and yet these are exacto blades there is a fault with this product judging by how many have the same problem

Hi Cindy, thank you for the nice demo, can I just take the clay out of the bowl and let it dry or should I let it stay in the bowl covered by the bag? How long before it should be covered before I let it dry completely? Because of COVID-19 I am taking online ceramics class and your video was given to our class at RCC.

If you are sure you are turning it the correct way, you may need to use to two pairs of pliers.

Why do you put water on it?
If you mist it with water and let the water soak in, the clay will soften some and be easier to blend together.
